Experience requirement, job profile & responsibilities of Instrumentation Engineer on contract:

• The candidates should have experience related to instrumentation and control aspects of Oil & Gas infrastructure projects. They should have knowledge of project execution related to instrumentation and control works executed in EPC/EPMC/LSTK modes, reading & understanding P&ID’s, PFD, System configuration drawings, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, cable layout & instrument installation, hookup drawings, etc related to an engineered project. The candidates should be familiar with latest codes and standards related to process control instrumentation, ISA, IEC standards, OMR, OISD etc.

• To execute and support the installation & commissioning activities related to instrumentation and control aspects of the ongoing and upcoming Projects of Production Project Department to ensure timely completion of planned jobs as per the approved documents without time & cost overrun by following and complying with prescribed contract and procurement procedures and policies of the company.

• Reviewing the Project Contractual, Technical, product Specification, and Standard requirements. • Project Management for successful Execution and Control as per plan. • Estimation and Planning of Manpower and Materials for entire Project. • Project scheduling and Progress Reporting. • Reporting to the Engineering Division Manager and or Project Manager on daily basis. • Review of Work Breakdown Structure, Bar chart Schedule, S-Curve, Manpower Histograms and

Resource Allocation. • Working with Lead Project Engineer and Lead System Engineer on technical and other Project

related issues. • Coordination with vendors and subcontractors for technical and other issues for meeting the delivery

schedule. • Review of Project Monthly Progress Report. • Attending the Project Progress review meeting. • Project Progress Monitoring & Reporting. Project Costing and Co-ordination. • Coordination with contractor Project Manager/Engineers for Commercial and technical issues. • Review of Scope of Work deviations. • Compilation and submission of Change Orders / Waivers / Concessions to project

manager/engineering manager • Preparation of Project Summary, Risk Register and updating on regular basis. • Management of resources as per the project schedule and milestones.

Experience requirement, job profile & responsibilities of Mechanical Engineer on contract:

• The candidates should have experience related to mechanical project jobs involving industrial installations, preferably in Oil & Gas Field installations. Hands on experience on mechanical oil & gas equipments, preparation of specification, estimation, PFD, supervision jobs etc. is desirable. The candidate should have knowledge on Safety standards of Oil & Gas Field installations, viz. DGMS, OISD, and CIMFR.

• To execute and support all mechanical based project activities related to ongoing and upcoming Oilfield Projects of Oil India Limited conforming to safety standards at various locations spread over operational areas of Oil India Ltd. in Upper Assam.

• Preparation of specification of all Mechanical Equipments/Components related to respective Projects.

• Preparation of tender document of mechanical part of main tender for construction of new oil & gas installations, viz. OCS (Oil Collecting Station), GCS (Gas collecting Station) through LSTK/EPMC contract.

• Follow up with EPMC for final tender preparation (mechanical part) for EPC contract. • Preparation of process PFD of installations. • Preparation of detail specification of mechanical items along with quantity. • Examine/analyze/approve mechanical based diagrams prepared by LSTK/EPMC Contractor.

• Calculate mechanical items/equipment’s requirement at site and maintain inventory. • Oversee installation of mechanical components at oilfields as per industry practice. • Ensure compliance of execution of all mechanical jobs at site as per contract terms & conditions. • Close and constant monitoring of mechanical activities carried out by LSTK/EPC contractor at site. • Ensure conformation to mechanical safety standards of Oil & Gas installations as per DGMS, OISD,

CIMFR. • Regular site supervision of projects. Ensure proper execution of jobs by EPC/LSTK contractor. • Keeping abreast with latest safety requirements of Oil & Gas installations.

Experience requirement, job profile & responsibilities of Electrical Engineer on contract:

• Candidates should have experience in jobs associated with electrical projects involving industrial installations, preferably in Oil & Gas Field installations, Workshops or construction of Residential/Commercial Buildings etc. Hands on experience on PMC Panel, CFS Board, electrical load calculation, preparation of specification, estimation, single line and wiring diagrams, supervision jobs etc. is desirable. The candidates should have experience in Testing and calibrating electrical equipment like motor, alternator etc.

• The candidate should have knowledge on Electrical Safety standards of Oil & Gas Field installations, viz. CEA, DGMS, OISD, CIMFR.

• To execute and support all electrical project activities related to ongoing and upcoming Oilfield Projects of Oil India Limited conforming to safety standards at various locations spread over operational areas of Oil India Ltd. in Upper Assam.

• Preparation of specification of all Electrical Equipments/Components related to respective Projects. • Preparation of tender document of electrical part of main tender for construction of new oil & gas

• The candidates should have experience of executing major building/infrastructure/ road related projects. Candidates should have knowledge of relevant IS codes of practice for Civil Engineering works.

• To execute and support all civil project activities related to on-going and upcoming Oilfield Projects of Oil India Limited conforming to safety standards at various locations spread over operational areas of Oil India Ltd. in Upper Assam.

• Preparation of specification of all civil components related to respective Projects. • Preparation of tender document of civil part of main tender for construction of new oil & gas

installations, viz. OCS (Oil Collecting Station), GCS (Gas collecting Station) through LSTK/EPMC contract.

• Follow up with EPMC for final tender preparation (civil part) for EPC contract. • Preparation of civil layout drawings/ plot plan/ soil testing/contour survey of installations.

• Preparation of detail specification of civil items along with quantity. • Examine/analyze/approve civil diagrams/drawings prepared by LSTK/EPMC Contractor. • Calculate civil items/equipment’s requirement at site and maintain inventory. • Oversee installation of civil components at oilfields as per industry practice. • Ensure compliance of execution of all civil jobs at site as per contract terms & conditions. • Close and constant monitoring of civil activities carried out by LSTK/EPC contractor at site. • Ensure conformation to project safety standards of Oil & Gas installations as per DGMS, OISD,

7.0 General Conditions:

• No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.

• The engagement will not confer any right on the candidate for regularization in OIL.

• The candidates should be of sound health and have to provide a fitness certificate from a Govt. registered medical practitioner at the time of joining in the prescribed format.

• The candidate should have command over the local language as well as English.

• Any dispute with regard to the recruitment against this advertisement will be under the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh district court only.
