THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF GROCERIES
The Dubuque County Fair Association is proud to bring back the Great Grocery Give-Away! Raffle tic kets will be sold for $20.00 each from now through the 2012 Dubuque County Fair. Only 2,000 Tickets will be sold! Each evening of the fair two lucky tickets will be drawn and each winner will receive a $1,000 Hy-Vee Gift Card. Need not be present to win, BUT, if the winner is present on the grounds and reports to the grandstand ticket office at the top of the grandstands within 15 minutes of the drawing, they will r eceive a BONUS $250 Gift Card!! Each ticket will be eligible for all 12 drawings. Proceeds from the Great Grocery Giveaway will go toward capital improvement projects at the fairgrounds.

Watch for information about a special RTA shuttle that will run from Kennedy Circle to the Fairgrounds every day during the fair. Hours. Tues., Wed., Thurs., Sun. Noon to 10 pm; Friday and Saturday Noon to 11 pm. The riders will pay $ 1.00 each way and then receive a coupon for $ 1.00 off admission.

COURTNEY EHRLICH COURTNEY EHRLICH COURTNEY EHRLICH Courtney is the daughter of Mike and Cindy Ehrlich. She graduated
from Beckman Catholic High School in 2011. Courtney is sponsored by
Dubuque Bank and Trust.
2013 DUBUQUE CO. FAIR QUEEN CANDIDATES Fair Queen contestants must be attending or have graduated from high school. They must reside in Dubuque County along with at least one parent or guardian. They must be an active member of at least one service organization such as Girl Scouts, church group, 4-H, etc.
Alison Green, Cascade, IA She is the daughter of Dennis & Amy Green and has graduated from Cascade High School. She plans to attend Northeast Iowa Community College. Her sponsor is Wayne Feed.
Stacey Sigwarth, Holy Cross, IA She is the daughter of Jerry and Joan Sigwarth and will be a Senior at Western Dubuque High School. Her sponsor is Jerrys Tractor Repair. A committee of judges will select the Dubuque County Fair Queen.
Judging will be based on personality, awareness, leadership, citizenship, contributions to the community as well as overall appearance, charm and poise.

old pro or a beginner with your creative talents, be sure to enter your projects for ribbons and oth er prizes. Everyone is welcome to enter, and entry is FREE ! If you have questions about entering the 2012 Dubuque County Fair Creative Arts Competition or want to download

1. All General Creative Rules Apply to the Kids Korner Rules. 2. All kids up to and including age 14 may exhibit in the Kids Korner
division. Entries for Divisions E&F are not restricted by this rule. 3. An Exhibitor may enter any class. Division E&F entries must be sent to the chairpersons of those divisions. 4. Six Best of Show ribbons may be awarded. 5. The management will use the utmost care to guard and protect exhibits; however, we cannot and will not be held liable. 6. All kids ages must be included on the entry form.
