POLITICAL ANALYSIS Each Emirate has its own governmental institution. The structure of government at both the national level and in each of the emirates is
relatively immature and dynastic in nature. The ruling family of each Emirate is a member of the Supreme Council, which is
responsible for policy-making and electing the president and vice president for five-year
terms. Since Abu Dhabi is the largest oil producer the ruler of Abu Dhabi typically claims the
presidency, while the ruler of Dubai typically occupies the vice-presidency. Foreigners are permitted ownership rights of up to 49% for limited liability companies
established within the Emirate of Dubai The government has a long, consistent commitment to pro-business and liberal economic
policies including the protection of intellectual property rights
ECONOMIC ANALYSIS

Dubai’s main revenues are from tourism, real estate and financial services i.e. 27%. Revenues from petroleum and natural gas contribute less than 6% of Dubai's

LEGAL ANALYSIS
Crime rate is 0% . Rules and Regulations are strict and sever punishments are given to law
breakers. No public display of love and affection are allowed.
Excessive explosive clothes are prohibited. Tourists cannot shot pics of local with out their permission. In Dubai courts, matters and cases are heard by one or more judges. Anti Islamic materials are not allowed into the city.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

Arid and tropical, Sandy Desert and costal areas. Dubai has quite a hot, dry climate, which can result in many different
things. For example, productivity might be slightly lower, farming is not so
easy, and air conditioners have the potential to sell well. The UAE also finds itself near a few coastal areas, allowing for easier
trade by sea. Unavailability of Clean water due to oil drilling and exploration activities
