processes and upgraded some of their custody transfer stations existing equipment. Create and

2006-2009 BREITBURN ENERGY, Orcutt, CA
Project Manager & Engineer (Contract) Responsible for designing, programming and
commissioned (did loop checks), revitalized oil field in that area. Utilized Allen-Bradley
Controllogix and RSView. Including working with new operators to develop HMI screens that
they wanted. Managed, commissioned and designed/programmed PLC based controls systems
for many type processes and equipment. Using Ladder logic and/function block languages.
Create and maintain Instrument Specs in SmartPlant – InTools. Programmed RSView &
FactoryTalk-PanelView. Perform loop checks & PID tuning, Set-up & programmed & tested
