This controller is intended for use in areas when a cost or space saving can be made by installing one disabled persons toilet instead of two, giving each side private access but preventing the toilet from being used as an access point. Typical examples •Cinemas and theatres, public side and paid entrance side.•Small shared business premises One company on each side.•Schools with two adjacent out of hours let areas like school hall for Scouts and adjacent room for art classes or health classes.This controller can also be used on a standard single disabled toilet where the locking and unlocking of the door, the timings for collapsed people or to prevent the toilet from being misused for longer than 20 minutes!Some of these examples use all of the features, unused features need not be connected just leaving specific requirement.


Door Control• One disabled persons toilet

with two access points.• The control panel forces you

to leave via the same door that you entered.

• The control panel switches off the light when not in use.

• The control panel raises an alarm if you leave the door open.

• The control panel assesses if the toilet is engaged or not using door and PIR monitoring.

Disabled Toilet Alarm• The alarm raised on the side

that you entered toilet as well as common alarm.

• The alarm raised if toilet occupied for longer than 20 minutes.

• If locked, the alarm releases the door that was entered to allow assistance to enter.

• Confused repeat pressing of wrong door release button generates alarm. (Releasing correct door).

• The alarm can only be reset inside of the toilet.
