Australian Communications and Media Authority

Commercial Television Conversion Scheme 1999 – Commercial Digital Channel Plan – Western Australia: Part 2 – Remote and Regional Western Australia - VariationUnder section 98 of the Commercial Television Conversion Scheme 1999 (the Scheme), the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) hereby varies the digital channel plan referred to in Schedule A, with effect from the date set out in Schedule B and in the manner set out in Schedule C.

SCHEDULE A – The Digital Channel PlanThe commercial digital channel plan for digital television broadcasting services for Western Australia: Part 2 – Remote and Regional Western Australia, determined on 8 March 2007 under section 97 of the Scheme and varied on 11 October 2007, 18 December 2008, 11 June 2009 and 28 May 2010 under section 98 of the Scheme.

SCHEDULE B – Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is made.

SCHEDULE C – The Variation

1. Delete all the Schedules and substitute the Schedules to this instrument.

2. Delete all the Attachments and substitute the Attachments to this instrument.
