Hydrogenation Unit

G&G International – Conoco, Humber Refinery The above project was successfully completed in Jun 2002. The following reactor internals were supplied: Column Service Diameter Description Tag No. mm D-5445 Hydrogenation 1600 1 off Feed Distributor 1 off Liquid Distributor Tray 1 off Catalyst Support Grid 1 off H2 Gas Sparger 1 off Liquid Re-Distributor Tray The feed distributor was pipe type. The liquid distributor and re-distributor trays were drip tube type. The catalyst support grid was a wedge wire type. Process licensor – Axens. DtEC was responsible for the complete mechanical design of the internals.
