Evolution of DTSA Bodies

q Factory Founded on Chile in May 1994 with the idea of make a new design of Bodies for mining Dump Trucks .q In 1995 the prototype was produced for the field test.q With Excellent Performance on field, this new solution was registered in March 1996 .q From 1996 to 2001 were sold 400 bodies on Chile, Peru, United States and Australia became the most reliable body of the

market.q In July 2001The company´s name was modified to “Desarrollos Tecnológicos S.A” (DTSA).q The Body design of Desarrollos Tecnológicos has improved every year with new stages in 2002, 2003 and 2004, this last one,

called "Body phase IX".q DTSA Develop the new "Body Phase X" in 2015.q In May 2016 DTSA Made "The World biggest Body" for a 400 MT dump Truck.q In March 2019 DTSA Move to new facility “ Buenaventura Plant”.

WE KNOW EVERY MINE SITE IS DIFFERENT SO WE CUSTOM ENGINEER TO MEET YOUR APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.We factor in many critical aspects, from material to wear patterns and much more – all so we can deliver the perfect dump body for your application. Using a combination of traditional engineering analysis and finite element analysis, the designs are evaluated for several cases encountered during operations. Simulations of both normal operating conditions and abnormal conditions in which failure may occur allowed the engineering team to optimize the design for strength, life, and weight.
