DS Series Electric ARC Furnace

We specially focus on small DC ARC furnace, because it is high efficiency and Low energy

consumption, the higher temperature can melt metal and nonmetal quickly.

Melting one ton scrap steel powder, the power consumption of DC ARC furnace will be 610 KWh, but induction furnace

will be 1100 KWh.

Whether melting metal or nonmetal, DC ARC furnace will save more energy than AC furnace, because melting

material will be turned up from bottom following electric current same as mixing, so the melting speed is quickly.

Declaring:

1. Our design and material all be in accordance with IEC standard, user can’t ask us to revise our design,

otherwise, we will not guarantee the quality.

2. Delivery term: 45-90 days, base on the capacity of furnace.

3. Payment term: T/T 30% in advance, the balance against the copy of B/L.

4. Without indication, normal quotation does not include power supply system and fireproofing.

5. Buyer also need pay for the installing cost, include round air tickets and grants (100USD/person/day),

board and lodging, two persons.

The shell of furnace is not hot, it will
