Gee emulsion and powder based polymer systems

Product Overview Using experience gained over many years as a specialist in chemical dosing. Gee & Co have developed a range of equipment for the efficient preparation, storage and dosing for liquid and solid grade polyelectrolytes for use in flocculation/solid – liquid separation.

Powder Based Systems • Skid Mounted batching systems supplied ready to

operate. Quickly and easily installed. PLC control provides fault monitoring and facilities selection of control parameters to suit the application.

• Modular batching systems configured to the installation requirements. Features PLC control for easy adjustment of operating parameters and provision of a remote fault monitoring facility.

• Continuous or semi-continuous operation, the system employs multiple agitated chambers connected by a gravity or pumped flow arrangement. Skid mounted for easy installation.

Emulsion Based Systems • Simple stand-alone emulsion polymer make-

up unit, extremely cost effective for small polymer applications.

• For high volumes the units can be skid mounted or supplied in modular format to allow its configuration to be tailored to both application demands and installation site conditions.

Powder Handling Systems • A variety of powder handling systems are available, ranging from big bag frames to vacuum loaders to silo

storage and conveyor systems. Bulk storage vessels are available for liquid products which can be gravity fed or pumped to the process.

• Alternatively, Gee systems can be configured for the material to be fed direct from containers in which they are delivered.
