Anchoring of tumble dryer The tumble dryer has four (4) adjustable feet and can be placed directly on the floor without any extra anchoring. Adjust the feet, so that the dryer is horizontal. Check width and depth
Anchoring of plinth, 200 mmUse M8 expander- or anchor bolts when anchoring the plinth.Minimum size: side 20 mm, back 400 mm.
Ventilation The hose connection of the dryer has a Ø 100 mm. The ventilation channel must be dimensioned for an air quantity of 300 mm3/h. If several dryers are attached to the same channel, it should be dimensioned so that the air resistance is the same for all connected dryers. The ventilation channel should be separated from other ventilation systems. Connect the dryer to the venti-lation channel with a flexible hose.
Electrical connectionThe electrical connection must be stationary and must be pre-pared with an approved allpole head switch, preferable sup-plied with a signal lamp.
A three-pole 1,5 m2 connecting cable with protective earth conductor must be used. Main fuse 10 A, voltage 380 V, 3N.
Disconnect the protective sheet plate on the back of the connection box. Connect phases, null and earth.
Connection of the condenser unit C2Use a one-phase 220 V, 50 Hz with a cable glander between the condenser unit and the dryer. Connect the cable through the cable glander to the connection box on the back of the dryer and in to the connection box on the condenser unit.
Assemble the ventilation hoses between the in- and outcoming air channels on the dryer and condenser unit. Tighten the hoses, so that they are not hanging under the dryer’s incoming and outcoming air connections.
Connecting the channel fanConnect 220 V, 50 Hz on the back of the dryer to the connection box. The channel fan is regulated through the dryer’s timer.
MaintenanceThe lint filter, must be cleaned every time the dryer has been used. Continuos maintenance of the dryer shall be done at least once every 6 month. Continuos maintenance includes control of the dryer’s different functions and cleaning inside.
Condenser UnitThe warmth exchanger shall be cleaned when necessary. Appropriate interval is once a month. Loosen the frame around the condenser unit and take out the filter and clean it. Then carefully take out the dehydrating unit and clean it under run-ning water. Don’t forget to clean the condenser box around the drain before you put everything back.
ImportantAll energy from the condenser unit which are used when drying, gives the surrounding areas a surplus of warmth. It is therefor important to have a sufficient ventilation system which handle the extra warmth.
Fasten the plinth in the floor (the blind nuts shall be placed 1. forward and upwards).
Place the dryer on the plinth. Adjust the feet on the bottom 2. of the dryer to the plinth, so the dryer is horizontal. Try to keep the feet as low as possible, gives it more stability.
Loose the lower front plate.3.
Anchor the two M6-bolts that are attached, through the 4. bottom plate in the front of the plinth. (Pic. 1)
Anchor the thin sheet metal at the back, between the plinth 5. and the dryer with attached screw for sheet metal. (Pic. 2)

Condenser unit C2
20 mm 400 mm
Rek1400 mm
Installation C2The condenser unit is delivered ready for use and shall be assembled on the wall behind or on the side of the dryer. Ventilation hoses are assembled and condenser water pipes is drawn to the floor drain. A separate manual is enclosed about how to connect incoming air. The condenser unit is connected electrical via the dryer and is regulated through its start- and stop functions.
The surplus warmth is staying in the drying room. We therefor strongly recommend a sufficient ventilation.
