OUR LATEST ACQUISITION


This complements our acquisition of Magal Engineering in 2017. The Wahler acquisition from BorgWarner provides new technology and manufacturing synergies to a wider base of OEM and tier One customers as well as providing our Arlington Automotive division with an established aftermarket business.

The sale sees us increase our global footprint, and therefore our localised service.

Arlington Industries Group has recently acquired the Wahler thermostat business from BorgWarner.

Arlington Automotive is not just a single-source supplier to major OEMs. We are an independent automotive component and sub-assembly business; a tier One supplier to JLR, Ford, Aston Martin, Alexander Dennis, Kautex, LUK and Nissan.

Our service covers everything from modular assembly with integrated manufacturing, to the designing, manufacturing and delivery of complete modules, direct to line side.

Arlington Thermal Management incorporates the Wahler, Magal and Dauphinoise Thomson brands.The three brands come together to provide OEMs with thermal management technology – Thermal Management controls the movement of air, oil, and water around a vehicle – in combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles. With the acquisition of Wahler we can now offer a dedicated aftermarket service.

Arlington also has a branch in China that is classed as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE). This enables us to provide our customers with a high-quality manufacturing service and keep our business offering cost effective.
