Back in the heady days of 2015, Patrick J Hobbs CBE* (Chief Booze Engineer) at Camm & Hooper was working on some very special concoctions down in the Booze Lab.
Combining quality spirits and exotic ingredients, he cooked up a unique range of infused drinks.
Half a million cocktails later and with over 50 wild and wonderful infusions researched, the CBE proudly presents
our tried and trusted signature infusions.
He has put together a list of his most delicious, most exciting and most interesting infusions for you to sample. These
creations are now crafted in batches by our team of Booze Engineers at Camm & Hooper venues across London.
A select few are engineered under laboratory conditions at our experimental facility, The Booze Lab, in the heart of the city
on South Place. Each infusion can take up to a month to create and reach maturity. Tasting one, we promise, is much quicker.
