Vienna Lager malty, refreshing   4.5% Based  on  the  classic  German  style developed  in Vienna Germany  in 1841, our  Vienna  Lager  is  brewed  with German pilsner and Vienna malts and a single German  noble  hop  variety.  This produces a crisp but slightly sweet lager with  low bitterness. A  truly refreshing, everyday beverage.

Porter   4.5% A dry and roasty porter brewed with a combination of 6 different malts. A derivative of our stout recipe but with lighter body. Yes you can drink dark beers all year round!

XPA floral, citrus,    5.4% Our Extra Pale Ale is designed to bridge the gap between our pale ale and  IPA. Using  a  single  malt  variety  to  keep things  simple  and  allow  the  American hop  flavour  and  aroma  to  shine through, we add extra everything to this brew. The result is a tasty, fruity, floral beverage!

Hefeweizen   4.0% A delicious yeast driven German style beer brewed with summer drinking in mind. Hints of banana with a refreshing moreish finish. A recipe we modify over time to bring down to the mid strength category.

IPA hoppy, fruity, slight caramel    6.3% Our take on the India Pale Ale style and a  recipe  that  we modify  often,  don’t expect  any  two  batches  be  the  same recipe.  Containing  pilsner,  wheat  and caramel malt combined with boat loads of  fruity Australian  and American  hop varieties  added  late  in  the  brewing process  for  full  hop  flavour  with  a balanced malty background.

Milk Stout   6.8% A smooth and full flavoured beer brewed with lactose added to the fermenter to provide a creamy flavour to play off against the six different roasted malts. We love this beer in Summer, yes, not just a winter beer!
