Hydraulic rotary actuators and rotary-lift-combinations are subject to very different demands with regard to movements, torque, exact positioning, maintaining position, sizes and types of mounting. For all these matters you can refer to the HKS specialists for intensive consultation, or to our representatives and agents at home and abroad.

As each of the applications and working conditions of the users are very different we can only mention here the main characteristics for correctly determining the sizes (transmitted torque in Nm) of the rotary actuator.

If you are unsure of the correct sizes, please send the questionnaire on the right side to us so that we can make a suggestion to you.

If the mass has to be brought from standstill to a rotary movement at an angle of jges in a time tges, external losses (frictional forces) have to be overcome, masses have to be accelerated and then slowed down. The sum of the resulting movements is the driving torque for the rotary actuator.

It has to be overserved hereby that the following demands are fulfilled in every possible rotary position:

Mt = Total MomentML = Load MomentMB = Acceleration Moment

The appropriate calculations for the loading moment ML and the accelerating moment MB must be made according to the position (horizontal, vertical) of the transfer of forces for the rotary movements.

An die hydraulischen Drehantriebe werden die unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen im Hinblick auf Bewegungsablauf, Drehmoment, Positionierbarkeit, Halten und Sichern der Position, Abmessungen und Befestigungsarten gestellt. Hierbei können Sie die intensive Beratung durch Techniker der Firma HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH oder durch unsere Vertreter und Vertretungen im In- und Ausland heranziehen.

Da die Einsatzfälle und Betriebsbedingungen der Anwender recht unterschiedlich sind, kann hier nur auf einige Hauptmerkmale zur richtigen Größenbestimmung (übertragendes Drehmoment in Nm) des Drehantriebes eingegangen werden.

Bei Unklarheiten zur Größenbestimmung senden Sie bitte den ausgearbeiteten Fragebogen auf der rechten Seite an uns, so dass wir Ihnen einen Vorschlag unterbreiten können.

Soll einer Masse aus dem Stillstand heraus eine Schwenkbewe-gung mit dem Winkel jges in der Zeit tges erteilt werden, müssen äußere Verluste (Reibungskräfte) überwunden, Massen beschleu-nigt und anschließend verzögert werden. Die Summe der hieraus resultierenden Momente ergibt das benötigte Antriebsmoment für den Drehantrieb.

Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dass in jeder möglichen Schwenk-position folgende Forderung erfüllt ist:

Mt = GesamtmomentML = LastmomentMB = Beschleunigungsmoment

Je nach Lage (horizontal, vertikal) der Kraftübertragung für den Schwenkvorgang müssen für das Lastmoment ML und das Beschleunigungsmoment MB die entsprechenden Berechnungen vorgenommen werden.
