IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 2 steps you need to follow in order to download and activate your DTS-1 EA. STEP 1: Subcribe to DTS-1 Users group: http://www.forexhope.com/thankyou_purchase_DTS1.htm Click the link above and enter your name & address. We will notify you every time there is a new release / update for DTS-1. STEP 2: Login to the Forex Hope new member’s area using your email address and password: http://www.forexhope.com/index.php Inside the member area you can download the latest release of DTS-1 EA, the complete manual, etc. You can also change your account# if you want. Please read the manual carefully! The preservation of your capital is the highest priority when using DTS-1 EA. My recommendation:

• You need to use a demo account for 2-3 months to check everything (including your hardware).

• If you are new to DTS-1/PointBreak5 trading system, use Risk_Setting=1.

• Don't forget to follow our DTS-1 trading account and track our performance.



DEPOSIT & WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS You need to update the value of the Global Variable LAST WATERMARK BEFORE you deposit new funds or AFTER you withdraw some profit. To open the LAST WATERMARK Global Variable: Press F3 on your MT4 platform. TO ADD A DEPOSIT:

If the original LAST WATERMARK is $11,000 and you want to deposit: $2,000: - Change the Last Watermark to $13,000 FIRST! - Then deposit the $2,000.

This way DTS-1 EA will not recognize your $2,000 as an equity increase above the Last Watermark, which could cause DTS-1 EA to close all remaining open positions (if Enable_Wartermark_Calculation is set to TRUE).

TO WITHDRAW FUNDS:

If the original LAST WATERMARK is $15,000 and you want to withdraw: $3,000: - Withdraw the $3,000 FIRST - Change the Last Watermark to $12,000.

This way you tell DTS-1 that your Last Watermark is now $12,000. If the equity grows more than $12,000, DTS-1 will close all remaining open positions (if Enable_Wartermark_Calculation set to TRUE).

Two versions of DTS-1 EA In our member area you can download a version of DTS-1 EA for your live account and another version for a demo account that you can monitor while we simultaneously run DTS-1 on our live account. We ask you to run the DTS-1 EA on a demo account first to mimic our live account that is running on our servers. If after 30 days you have a good result on your demo account you can use DTS-1 EA on your live account. We need to do this (at least for the time being) because we added extra security within the DTS-1 EA to avoid it being reverse-engineered. In order to do that the EA uses our new security and authorization system and we need to test that the DTS-1 EA is working fully at your end. I know it’s a little more complicated than usual, but we worked hard to create DTS-1 and we want to make absolutely sure that it is working properly. We want you to set up the EA correctly at your end and start making money, using the correct setup, right from the start. The security of your funds is our number 1 concern.



Update on 812: I add additional checking to MiniAccount parameter because some people confuse about this one. Also each broker has different terminology about their Mini Account. This is our terminology for STANDARD ACCOUNT and MINI ACCOUNT (used by InterbankFX): *** What is STANDARD ACCOUNT? STANDARD ACCOUNT: you trade with $100,000 contract/lot size. In EUR/USD: - 1 lot-size = $10 - 0.1 mini lot-size = $1 - 0.01 micro lot-size = $0.1 or 10 cent. *** What is MINI ACCOUNT? MINI ACCOUNT: you trade with $10,000 contract/lot size In EUR/USD: - 1 lot-size = $1 - 0.1 mini lot-size = $0.1 or 10 cent. - 0.01 micro lot-size = $0.01 or 1 cent. You only set Mini Account parameter into TRUE => when you use $10,000 contract/ lot-size (where 0.01 micro lot-sizes is $1 cent). If 0.01 micro lot-sizes in your broker is $10 cent => Set Mini Account into FALSE. Build 812 add a new checking function into your trading account and your MiniAccount setting. If you set it wrong, it will give you alert: - "Your Account is STANDARD ($100,000 contract per lot). Please set FALSE to Mini Account." or: - "Your Account is MINI ($10,000 contract per lot). Please set TRUE to Mini Account."



Module 1: How To Run DREAMBUILDER-FX Trading System

This part of Quick Start Guide is to help you set-up the Dreambuilder-FX on your Metatrader 4 system. Please read this Quick Start Guide very carefully and follow the simple steps provided to ensure that the EA is correctly installed into your Metatrader-4 platform. I will give you an explanation of each component’s default settings and a brief description of the optional parameters.

Note: Please read the Module 3 (Logic Section) and the DTS-1 Technical Report to understand how the DTS-1 trading system works.



INSTALLATION Please copy DTS1-Build812.zip into your MT4’s \experts folder directory and unzip there. Alternatively you can unzip DTS-Build812.zip to any directory then copy these files below. You will receive 2 expert advisors, 1 indicator (Keltner channel) and 1 template. Dreambuilder-FX trading system contains 4 files:

1. DTS1-Client-Build812.ex4 – copy to your MT4 experts directory. 2. DTS1-Demo-Build812.ex4 – copy to your MT4 experts directory. 3. KetnerChannel.ex4 – copy to your MT4 experts/indicators directory. 4. DTS1.tpl – copy to your MT4 templates directory.

Restart your Metatrader 4 software. The EA “DTS1-Client-XXX” and “DTS1-Demo-XXX”will now appear under the Experts Advisors subfolder. NOTE: DTS1-Client-XXX.ex4 is for a live account. DTS1-Demo-XXX.ex4 is for a demo account. To attach the EA to the chart:

• Open a EUR/USD chart. • Set the timeframe to M30. • Attach the EA to the chart.

Although there is no need to attach the Keltner Channel indicator into the chart, the indicator will help you understand when DTS-1 starts a cycle. DTS-1 will start a new cycle if the price breaks above or below the channel. NOTE: You need to register both your demo account and your live account in the member’s area before the EAs can work properly. To register your Live/Demo accounts:

- Login into Forex Hope new member area using your email address/password: http://www.fxhope.com/index.php

- On the right side menu select Manage License. - Fill in the account number.



HOW TO ATTACH DTS-1 EA (BUILD 812) TO YOUR MT4 CHART:

When you want to attach the DTS-1 EA Build 812 to your chart you need to turn on Allow DLL Imports and turn off Confirm DLL function calls:

No DLLs need to be copied or downloaded, just turn on the Allow DLL imports

parameter above. IMPORTANT!

1. You must delete every variable in your MT4 platform’s Global Variables before you

start DTS-1 EA.

To delete the Global Variables:

• On the Tools menu, click Global Variables (or Press F3 button). • Press the Delete button to delete the Global Variable. • Continue until all Global Variables have been deleted.

After the DTS-1 EA starts, DO NOT change or delete anything inside the Global Variables. (except if you need to deposit or withdraw your money to/from your account - please read information about Global Variables below). The DTS-1 EA needs those variables in order to continue trading if somehow your MT4 platform is closed. If you need to start the EA from the beginning on a new account then you need to delete all Global Variables again.



2. DTS-1 works on the EUR/USD pair using M30 period.

3. You need to run the DTS-1 EA continuously in order for the EA to work successfully,

so you need a good PC and internet connection that can run 24 hours/day. There are a lot of VPS hosting services or dedicated servers that you can rent below $50/month.

3. I do not recommend that you use DTS-1 EA with any other EA on the same

account. DTS-1 EA from time to time needs to calculate the account drawdown and equity balance to close all positions. Running other Eas on the same account may adversely affect these calculations with unpredictable results.

Suggested Minimum Capital: To start trading using DTS-1, your account must have the suggested minimum capital. The suggested capital for each account is dependant on the account type: For a Nano Lot-Size account (for example InterbankFX Mini Account), the suggested minimum capital is $1,000 For a Micro Lot-Size account (example:FXPRO, Alpari, Interbank Standard Account, FXDD Standard Account), i.e. where the minimum lot size is 0.01, the suggested minimum capital is $10,000. For a Mini Lot-Size account (example:FXCM), i.e. where the minimum lot size is 0.1, the suggested minimum capital is $100,000. NOTE:

• Mini Account is not Mini lot-size (0.01).

• Mini Account means you trade using $10,000 contract/lot. • Standard Account means you trade using $100,000 contract/lot.

DTS-1 works well with these brokers: 1. Interbank-FX. 2. Alpari. 3. FXDD. If you use a different broker always test DTS-1 on a demo account first.



How to choose Risk Setting: The safety of your funds is our number one concern! Please choose only Risk=1 or Risk=2 for Initial Capital. My back testing shows that the maximum drawdown for Risk=3 is 37% but past performance is no guarantee for future performance. We always need to prepare for the possibility of drawdown greater than expected. It would be reasonable to say that if you choose:

- Risk=1 the drawdown could be up to 25%. - Risk=2 the drawdown could be up to 30%. - Risk=3 the drawdown could be up to 40%. -

Based on my experience, not everyone is comfortable risking their initial funds to 40% so run DTS on your live account with Risk=1 or Risk=2 first. After you have gained some profit (e.g. 30% from your initial capital) we can start Risk=3. ADDITIONAL NOTE ON RISK SETTING: On DTS-1 the highest risk setting is 3, but you can adjust several other parameters like:

- SP Distance between cycles. - Enable/Disable Watermark Calculation - Number of cycles running together.

The highest risk setting for DTS-1 is:

Risk_Setting=3 SP_Distance=50 Enable_Watermark_Calc=FALSE Enable_ C1= TRUE Enable_ C2= TRUE Enable_ C3= TRUE Enable_ C4= TRUE

I consider myself as a conservative trader, so my recommendation is always based on security of the capital rather than taking extra profit.



This is our recommended setting for DTS-1: Risk_Setting=1 SP_Distance=100 Enable_Watermark_Calc= TRUE Enable_ C1= TRUE Enable_ C2= TRUE Enable_ C3= TRUE Enable_ C4= TRUE

Other recommended settings for DTS-1 are:

Enable_Watermark_Calc parameter:

I do not recommend that you disable the WATERMARK CALCULATION parameter. If Enable_Watermark_Calc set to TRUE: all cycles will be working to close profit. As soon as your equity is above the last watermark DTS-1 will close all remaining positions. You can see your Last Watermark on your screen or by pressing F3 (Global Variable). If you set Enable_Watermark_Calc to FALSE each cycle will work separately to close profit. This will produce more profit in the account but also involve higher risk which I do not recommend.



OUR DTS-1 LIVE ACCOUNT IS RUN USING THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS:

Risk_Setting=2 and 3 (depend on the market condition). SP_Distance=50 and 100 (depend on the market condition). Enable_Watermark_Calc= TRUE Enable_ C1= TRUE Enable_ C2= TRUE Enable_ C3= TRUE Enable_ C4= TRUE

NOTE ON RESULTS VARIATION: There will be some difference in the results on your account and our account: As long as we both produce profit, we have no problem. But if your account always produces losses, you need to check:

1. Your EA setting. 2. Your broker requirement. 3. Your capital. 4. Your VPS condition.

You need to consult with our support about your results. Note: The EA needs a reliable VPS running 24 hours/day Monday to Friday. I never turn off our dedicated servers even on Saturday and Sunday.



HOW TO CHECK DTS-1 IS RUNNING CORRECTLY:

1. DTS-1 will start a new cycle if the price breaks above or below the Keltner channel. 2. LOT-SIZE: STANDARD ACCOUNT – Risk 1: DTS-1 will open 0.01 per position every $10,000.

Risk 2: DTS-1 will open 0.01 per position every $7,000. Risk 3: DTS-1 will open 0.01 per position every $5,000.

MINI ACCOUNT – Risk 1: DTS-1 will open 0.01 per position every $1,000.

Risk 2: DTS-1 will open 0.01 per position every $700. Risk 3: DTS-1 will open 0.01 per position every $500. 3. PROFIT TARGET: STANDARD ACCOUNT – If the EA opens 0.01 lot-size, the profit target is: $10/cycle. If the EA opens 0.1 lot-size, the profit target is: $100/cycle. MINI ACCOUNT – If the EA opens 0.01 lot-size, the profit target is: $1/cycle. If the EA opens 0.1 lot-size, the profit target is: $10/cycle.

Note: 0.01 in Standard Lots is Micro lot-size; 0.01 in a Mini Account is Nano lot-size. If you think your EA is not working properly you can send an email or open a ticket with our support team.

If you think the EA is not work correctly, send us an email/open a ticket with the following information:

Your broker name, your account type (standard/mini), your capital, the EA settings, the alerts and messages in your MT4 journal. Before you send us an email / open a ticket, please check: 1. The EA is running correctly:

- There is a smiley sign on the right sight of your chart. - In your chart window, the EA will show: DTS-1 is ACTIVE and not failing

Authorization. 2. The capital requirements for DTS-1. 3. The minimum lot-size allowed by your broker. Some brokers only allow a

minimum lot-size of 0.1 or 1.0. 4. Your account type is correct (Standard/Mini account). 5. Allow DLL Imports is checked. 6. The DTS-1 EA parameters are set correctly. 7. The C1 - C4 Cycles are enabled. 8. Check the alerts and messages in your MT4 Journal.



Module 2: Dreambuilder-FX Technical Reference

PARAMETERS for DTS-1 Build 812: 1. Risk Setting (default: 1).

Risk Setting Options: 0 – Manual Lot Size (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW USERS). 1 – Conservative Setting. 2 – Moderate Setting. 3 – Aggressive Setting. 88 – Forex Hope Auto Money Management Setting. Standard Lot Account:

• Conservative Setting: For every 10,000 USD, the EA uses 0.01 lot-size per position for cycle C1-C4.

• Moderate Setting: For every 7,000 USD, the EA uses 0.01 lot-size per

position for cycle C1-C4.

• Aggressive Setting: For every 5,000 USD, The EA uses 0.01 lot-size per position for cycle C1-C4.

Mini Lot Account:

• Conservative Setting: For every 1,000 USD, the EA use 0.01 mini lot-size per position for cycle C1-C4.

• Conservative Setting: For every 700 USD, The EA use 0.01mini lot-size per position for cycle C1-C4.

• Moderate Setting: For every 500 USD, The EA use 0.01 mini lot-size per

position for cycle C1-C4.

88 - Forex Hope Auto Money Management Setting To prevent drawdown above 30%-35% from your Initial Capital, always start with Minimum Risk Setting first, then add the risk setting as your capital grows. The EA will start using Risk Setting=1. After you gain profit of 20% from your initial capital, increase Risk Setting = 2. After you gain profit of 50% from your initial capital, increase Risk Setting = 3.



When you start using DTS-1 I suggest beginning with Very Conservative setting (Risk=1 or Risk=88) until you really understand how the EA works before you start moving to a higher risk setting. I SUGGEST YOU RUN DTS-1 USING 88 RISK SETTING. By using this risk setting, sooner or later you will use risk setting=3 without the need to risk your equity to 40%-50% drawdown at the beginning.

2. Initial_Capital (default: 1000000): input your deposit.

DTS-1 EA needs this (when you set Risk=88) to calculate the suggested Risk Setting.

3. SP_Distance (default: 100 points): minimum distance between Starting Points (SPs); from SP cycle-1 to SP cycle-2, from SP cycle-2 to SP cycle-3 and SP cycle-4, so on. Note:

• Not recommended for new users to change this setting. • Not recommended to set SP_Distance below 50.

4. Check_Position_Left (default: TRUE): If you observe that DTS-1 left some open

positions after a cycle closed, turn on this parameter (set to TRUE). On some VPSs or brokers, when DTS-1 closes a cycle sometimes it leaves 1 or 2 orphan trades. If this happens to you, you need to set the Check_Position_Left parameter to TRUE. When you activate this parameter DTS-1 will double check all positions left after the cycle closes and DTS-1 will repeat calling the close orphan-trade function until it is clear. You can leave the Check_Position_Left parameter set to TRUE all the time.

5. MiniAccount (default: FALSE): set this parameter to TRUE if you are using a Mini Account (for example InterbankFX Mini Account). IMPORTANT: MINI ACCOUNT IS NOT THE SAME AS MINI LOT-SIZE. Not every broker has a Mini Account, please consult your broker. Mini Account means you trade using $10,000 contract/lot. Standard Account means you trade using $100,000 contract/lot. The capital requirement and the lot-sizes for Mini Accounts are usually 1/10 of a Standard Account. For example: When you input 0.01 in a Mini Account it means you trade using a nano lot-size (0.001 lot-size in a Standard Account).



If your capital is below $5,000 I suggest you open a Mini Account. DO NOT SET THE PARAMETER TO TRUE IF YOUR ACCOUNT USES A STANDARD ACCOUNT LOTSIZE.

6. Show_Target_Line (default: TRUE): if this parameter is set to TRUE, DTS-1 EA

will draw on the window the target line where DTS-1 EA will close the current cycle. The target line is for your guidance only. Sometimes the price needs to go above or below the target line 10-15 pips before the EA can close the cycle (the EA calculates the additional broker spread, swap or commission).

7. Enable Watermark Calculation (default: TRUE): I do not recommend that you disable the WATERMARK CALCULATION parameter. If Enable_Watermark_Calc set to TRUE: all cycles will work to close profit. As soon as your equity is above the last watermark DTS-1 will close all open positions. You can see your Last Watermark on your screen or by pressing F3 (Global Variable). If you set Enable_Watermark_Calc to FALSE each cycle will work separately to close in profit. This will produce more profit in the account but also involve higher risk which I do not recommend.

8. Start_Trading_Day (default: 0): Specify DTS-1 to start new cycles between Start_Trading_Day and End_Trading_Day. Specify 0 for Sunday, 1 for Monday, 2 Tuesday until 6 for Saturday.

9. End_Trading_Day (default: 4):

The default End_Trading_Day=4 means you only allow DTS-1 to start a new cycle until Thursday. DTS-1 will not initiate a new cycle on Friday to prevent a possible gap on Monday.

=== STOP LOSS CONTROL PARAMETERS === In a choppy market when your positions become too many, it's better to exit the current cycle with a 1% or 2% loss than try to reach the original target. This is because of the risk of a sudden market reverse. When DTS-1 has opened many positions, each time the market reverses it needs to go through a greater distance to close the cycle with profit, and this will cause bigger drawdown.



There are 3 additional parameters working together for the stop loss function: StopLoss_OpenPosNum StopLoss_Distance StopLoss_Percentage Those 3 parameters work for each cycle separately. 10. StopLoss_OpenPosNum (default: 0):

Cut loss function will be started after there are N positions opened.

11. StopLoss_Distance (default: 0): Cut loss function will only be activated if the price is near N points from the cycle target or less.

12. StopLoss_Percentage (default: 0): The maximum loss percentage from the last equity if the cut loss function is executed. You can input a fraction (e.g. when you input 1.5, it means the maximum loss you accept is 1.5% from the last equity watermark) Example:

StopLoss_OpenPosNum = 70; StopLoss_Distance = 20; StopLoss_Percentage = 2;

The setting above can be interpreted: DTS-1 will cut loss the current cycle if the cycle has opened 70 positions or more, the price is 20 points from the cycle target or less and the maximum loss is 2% from your last equity.

=== C CYCLE CONTROL PARAMETERS === The following parameters can be used to control the basic C-Cycle operation. DTS-1 uses four C cycles: C1-C4. 13. Enable_C1 (default: TRUE): to activate cycle-C1.

Note: If you turn off this parameter (set to FALSE), the cycle-C1 still continues until the profit target is reached then the cycle is stopped.

Close Function will be activated. === Manual MSP Control === The manual MSP control can be used to manipulate the SP by moving the SP above or below the current price. (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW USERS). By mastering this technique you will understand how powerful this trading system is. You can combine the DTS-1 trading system with your own method. More information and discussion for the advance settings will be available on our website/forum. 43. Force_MSP_Above (default: FALSE): to manually manipulate SP in reverse

direction (if you predict EUR/USD will reverse from Uptrend to Downtrend). DTS-1 EA will close profitable Long positions, move the SP above and add Short positions as EUR/USD goes down.

44. Force_MSP_Below (default: FALSE): to manually manipulate SP in reverse direction (if you predict EUR/USD will reverse from Downtrend to Uptrend). DTS-1 EA will close profitable Short positions and move the SP above and add Long positions as EUR/USD goes up.

If want to use Manual MSP, you need to set either Force_MSP_Below or Force_MSP_Above your current SP, can’t be both.



45. Force_MSP_CycleNum (default: 1): Enter which cycle (C1-C4 or M1) you want

to manipulate. Enter 1 for Cycle C1, 2 for Cycle C2, 3 for Cycle C3, 4 for Cycle C4. 46. Force_MSP_LimitPrice (default: 0): Enter the trigger price where manual MSP

will be activated.

47. Force_MSP_BottomPrice (default: 0): This is the bottom price of the open positions you want to be closed during the MSP function.

48. Force_MSP_TopPrice (default: 0): This is the top price of the open positions

you want to be closed during the MSP function. 49. Move_SP (default: TRUE): If you do not want the Starting Point to move after

the MSP process, turn off this parameter (set to FALSE). Turn off this parameter if you want to manually close some profit positions (Long or Short positions) but you are not sure the trend will reverse.

50. Force_MSP_ADDCYCLE_Only (default: FALSE): If you want to close the additional cycles (B-Cycle, I-Cycle, R-Cycle) positions only.

NOTE: Although there are so many parameters in DTS-1 EA you can set, if you want to use the EA completely hands free you just need to set the following parameters:

• Risk Setting • SP_Distance • MiniAccount

Leave the other parameters as original, the EA will work fine.



GLOBAL VARIABLES: DTS-1 EA uses some global variables to control all positions in all cycles. Please be careful if you delete or change global variable values (they can cause DTS-1 EA close all positions). THE MOST IMPORTANT ARE: 1. LAST WATERMARK:

DTS-1 uses this GV in Simultaneous Closing Technique. DO NOT DELETE this Global Variable or change its value as it can cause DTS-1 EA to close all your positions (if you wrongly update it). You need to update its value only BEFORE you add a deposit or AFTER you withdraw some profit. TO ADD A DEPOSIT: If the original LAST WATERMARK is $11,000 and you want to deposit $2,000:

- Change the Last Watermark to $13,000 FIRST! - Then deposit the $2,000.

If you do not change it first DTS-1 EA will not recognize your $2,000, as equity will have increased more than the Last Watermark. That causes DTS-1 EA to clear all positions. TO WITHDRAW FUNDS: If the original LAST WATERMARK is $15,000 and you want to withdraw $3,000:

- Withdraw the $3,000 FIRST - Change the Last Watermark to $12,000.

This way, you tell DTS-1 EA that your last equity is now $12,000. If the equity grows more than $12,000 DTS-1 EA will clear all positions and start again.

2. START POINT (every cycle):

DTS-1 uses this GV as reference for where to add Buy or Sell positions and to calculate the temporary closed profit for its cycle. DO NOT DELETE this Global Variable or change its value. It can cause DTS-1 close all your positions if you turn on the Check_Position_Left parameter.

Module 3: Brief Logic Behind Dreambuilder-FX This is an overview of the logic behind the Dreambuilder-FX trading system. The system was developed with the understanding that the market goes where it wants to and when it wants to; we don’t know and will never now with long term accuracy which direction it will go. Our system goal is to go with the market, especially with the trend. The logic is called an ‘adjusted pyramiding system’. Pyramiding is a popular technique of adding to positions as the market is moving in your favor based on technical analysis. DTS-1 trading system work best in a trending market. Cycle A cycle is a series of trades that are placed and accumulated until a total net profit target from all combined trades is hit, exiting all trades at that level. Whenever a cycle is started, the current price will become the Starting Point (SP). There are some conditions on how to start a cycle. We use breaking the Keltner channel as the main indicator setup. But no matter where the SP is, the idea is that the market will eventually move higher or lower from the SP. The cycle can close with profit in just 1 day or several times a day. In a choppy market a cycle may only be closed after several days or weeks. DTS-1 trading system is not a day trading system, but an advanced swing trading system. Basic Pyramiding Rule The trading will begin by adding positions in favor of the direction of the market. As the market moves down, it will sell one position every 3 to 5 points below the SP line. For each 3 to 5 points above the SP line, it will be buying one position.

The pyramiding technique works best in a trending market where the positions become skewed in one direction. For downtrend market:

For uptrend market:

It doesn’t take a large move in one direction or the other to hit the profit target. The smaller the profit target, the smaller the required move.



Once all the trades that are open total a profit target, all the trades will be closed out thus locking the profits. This ends the cycle.

Once the cycle ends, the EA will wait until there is another setup to start a new cycle. The key to this strategy is to not exit a cycle until the profit target is hit. Based on this theory, it can only work if you have the funds to hold on in times when the market is in choppy action. There is one problem to this strategy: in a very choppy market it is possible that the range expands so large that the probability of hitting the profit level is reduced, and the probability of a large drawdown increases. You would then become at risk of being over-margined and forced out of positions by the broker. This will be covered in the next section. Moving Start Point (MSP) process Although all efforts have been made to create a successful pyramiding strategy through multiple cycles, there are scenarios where one cycle becomes involved in a prolonged drawdown. This is when the MSP process comes into play. The main goal of the MSP process is to move the SP as high as possible in a downtrending market, and move the SP as low as possible in an uptrending market. In other words, for the uptrending market, the main goal is to manipulate the SP to become skewed to the buy side; accordingly for the downtrending market, the main goal is to manipulate the SP to become skewed to the sell side.



The way MSP works is to take off some profitable positions and move the SP higher or lower. For example if there is an uptrend, then MSP will exit a bunch of profitable short positions and move the SP lower. If the market continues to move higher, it will add more long positions and close out when the profit target has been reached. For a downtrending market, the MSP will exit a bunch of profitable long positions and move the SP higher. If the market continues to move lower, it will add more short positions and close out when the profit target has been reached. Additional Cycles

Besides using C-cycles for trending markets and MSP techniques to solve the drawdown in sideways/choppy markets, DTS-1 adds 3 cycles (B-cycle, I-cycle and R cycle) in addition to the C-cycle and MSP techniques.

Sideways market condition:

When DTS-1 detects there is a sideways market, DTS-1 starts 2 additional new cycles:

• Breakthrough Cycle (B-Cycle); and • Inverted Cycle (I-Cycle).

Reversal market condition:

When DTS-1 detects there is a trend reversal, DTS-1 starts a new additional cycle:

• Reversal Cycle (R-Cycle).

What do those 3 cycles actually do ?

Contrary to the M-cycle on DTS-1 which works separately from the C-cycle; B-cycle, I-cycle and R-cycle work together to support the C-Cycle.



B-Cycle, I-Cycle and R-Cycle:

When a sideways/choppy/reversal market comes, B-cycle, I-cycle or R-cycle will be activated after there are at least forty to fifty C-cycle positions open.

• B-Cycle will be activated when DTS-1 detects a Breakthrough market is happening.

• I-Cycle will be activated when DTS-1 detects a Choppy market happening.

• R-Cycle will be activated when DTS-1 detects a Reversal market is happening.

Multiple Cycles With our money management technique, the EA has the ability to run more than a single cycle at a time without causing any additional big drawdowns. It uses a different SP so that while one is in a drawdown, the second one is closing out numerous cycles. It creates a probability of success that is many times greater than if it simply used one cycle running at a time. The default setting uses 100 points between the cycles, so when the first cycle is in drawdown the second cycle will be started after the price reaches 100 points above or below the first cycle’s Starting Point. A maximum of four cycles (C1-C4) can be run together using this EA. I would suggest you start with 2 cycles C1 & C2 until you become comfortable with this EA. It is possible that all cycles get into a drawdown, although the probability of all cycles going into an extended drawdown at the same time is extremely small. Multiple Trading Strategies DTS-1 contains additional trading strategies for cycles C1-C4. The main goal of multiple trading strategies is to make the drawdown become smoother when there is a choppy market. Multiple Close Profit Strategies Beside each cycle having its own close profit procedure, there is an additional simultaneous close technique which closes all open positions together on a specific rule. This enables the close profit target to be reached even faster, and as a result the possibility of expanding drawdown is decreased as well. Money Management The probability is that the maximum largest expected drawdown is about 20% with the Conservative setting, although it is not impossible exceed this drawdown. Based on the drawdown risk when the cycle range become extended, trading more than 0.01 lot per $5,000 for a standard account is discouraged. Fortunately, the EA automatically uses the money management system such that it will increase the lot size when profit is accumulated. For example when the EA starts with $10,000 it begins using 0.02 lots, but it will increase to 0.03 lots when the equity becomes $15,000. CONCLUSION Dreambuilder-FX (DTS-1) is a very powerful trading system. Dreambuilder-FX will make consistent profits over a long time period as long as you do not overtrade. With the diversified execution time and strategies, the consistency of closed out profit potential not only increases, but also the probability of seeing extended drawdowns is dramatically decreased also.
