PHASE ONE – INSTALLING THE PERIMETER RAILS

Step 1. Install Drawer Divider Clips (F) onto Perimeter Rails (A & B). Review drawer plan for approximate location. The divider clips will slide as needed for later adjustment.

*This step is needed as some toolbox drawers have shadowing lips that make the installation of divider clips difficult if the perimeter rails have already been installed in the drawer.

Step 2. Place Corner Clip Spacers (D) into the drawer corners with the ribbed sides facing the outer drawer sides.

PHASE TWO – INSTALLING THE DIVIDER RAILS

Step 7. Install Drawer Divider Rails (E). Note: Divider Rails do not flex. Start by sliding the two connecting Drawer Divider Clips (F) to an offset position on the rails which are to be connected. Place the Drawer Divider Rails (E) into the Drawer Divider Clips (F) at an angle and then slide the Divider Clips to a matched opposing position.

Step 3. Install Corner Clips (C) onto the two Side Perimeter Rails (A).

Step 4. Connect the Back Perimeter Rail (B) onto both of the Side Perimeter Rails (A). This will connect with the Corner Clips (C) installed in step 3.

Step 5. Place this assembly into toolbox drawer.

Step 6. Install the remaining Front Perimeter Rail (B) by arcing the rail during assembly.

PHASE ONE (Cont.)

Step 8. Install the remaining Drawer Divider Rails (E) by inserting into the Drawer Divider Clips (F) which are on the Perimeter Rail. Align the opposing Drawer Divider Clips (F) with the Drawer Divider Rail (E) and slide into the end.
