Part 1

[Manager sits on his desk and calls his secretary]

Manager: (calling PERSONAL SECRETARY) Hello …..SanzidaPERSONAL SECRETARY: Good morning sir...Manager: Morning...Please call the supervisor in my desk.PERSONAL SECRETARY: Ok… sir.PERSONAL SECRETARY: (calling supervisor) Hello….. Sir, Manager Sir call you on his desk.Supervisor: May I coming sir?Manager: Yes... Please take the sit.Supervisor: Thank you sir, Are you call me sir?Manager: Yes…what condition of our production process?Supervisor: Our productions continue to well.Manger: We want to increase our productivity, do you know any machine that can increase our productivity.

Supervisor: Yes… we can increase our productivity more 50million dollar than our current productivity, if we install a new technique of electronic machine that are more efficient than our current machine.Manager: Exactly…I am also known about this machine. These machines are more effective in our productivity.Supervisor: Yes sir. It also reduce the labor costManager: Ok… give me the total information about the machine quickly.Supervisor: Ok sir, I try to collect the full information.Manager: You can go now.Supervisor: Thank you sir.

[Supervisor conversation with Personal Secretary, submit the new machine information file]Supervisor: Good morning, Madam.PERSONAL SECRETARY: MorningSupervisor: Please take this file and submit it to sir.PERSONAL SECRETARY: What is it?Supervisor: It’s the Information about new machine.Personal Secretary: Ok... I will submit it.[Personal Secretary go to the Manager and submit the file]

Personal Secretary: May I come in sir?Manager: Yes. Come in.Personal Secretary: Sir. Supervisor sir gives me this new machine information files to submit you.Manager: Ok. You can go now.Personal Secretary: thank you sir.(Wait)….[Manager calls his PERSONAL SECRETARY]

Manager: Hello… SanzidaPERSONAL SECRETARY: Yes sir.Manager: Please call the supervisor.PERSONAL SECRETARY: Ok sir.[PERSONAL SECRETARY call the supervisor]

PERSONAL SECRETARY: Hello... sir. Manager Sir calls you to meet with him.[Supervisor goes to the Manager room]

Supervisor: May I come in Sir?Manager: Yes come in. I think these new machine are more productive then our current machine. I also meeting with managing director, other department, they also support to purchase it. Ok prepare to start the new machine.Supervisor: Ok... Sir…[Manager, Supervisor, PERSONAL SECRETARY leave the place]

Part 2

[Install the new machine. Some worker and machine man to act the install machine]

Supervisor: Are you completed to set up the new machineMachine man: Yes sir (loudly)Supervisor: Are you telling them how to drive the machine.Machine man: Yes sir I told them, How to drive it. (They act to drive the machine)

Machine man: Sir these machines are so difficult. I think they need training.[Supervisor indicates the workers]: come here.Supervisor: Do you need any extra training to drive the machine. I think you don’t need any extra training it is the same of our old machineWorkers: No sir we can do it.Worker (3): No sir we need training I think this machine uses to difficult.Supervisor: It’s a simple task.Worker (2):don’t worry sir, we will manage it.Supervisor: Ok… Machine man will train you if you need more.

Part 3

[One day later- all workers attend to there work and they are working with new machine]

Worker (2): Hi…Worker (Saiful). How are you?Worker (1): I am Fine, and you?Worker (2): I am also fine. Are you feeling comfort to use it?Worker (1): I am also agreeing with Evan (worker-3), it’s dangerous to work without training.

Worker (3): This machine is driving to so difficult. I am not feeling comfort to drive it.Worker (F): I don’t know, why company install new machine, is it useful, I thinks it’s harmful for us. What do you think about it?Worker (2): I think different, May these machines decrease our work pressure and if we use it properly we produce more than our current productivity, from additional production we can received more wages.Worker (F): Oh... Hmmm… your think is absolutely right this is the new possibility for us. But company should provide us proper training to using this machine.[Suddenly one accident will occur. Worker (3) injured by the machine]

Worker (3): Oh.Oh.Oh Help me (3).Oh…my Allah helps me… save me save me.Worker (F): Oh no his hand in machine. Some one helps him.Worker (1): Some one calls the leader.Worker (2): Leader comes with me.Worker leader: what’s happen?Worker (2): Worker 3 is injured.Worker leader: Please take him to hospital. And one person calls the supervisor.

Part 4

[All workers, Worker leader and supervisor stay in Hospital]Worker (1): Where is doctor? Doctor… Doctor…(Doctor takes a normal treatment)

Doctor: I think his hand is now unusable. He immediately needs a minor operation. And need to stop the bleeding or he will be dying.Worker Leader: Where is Evans wife any on inform his family. Apu call his family(Suddenly workers (3) wife enter the hospital to cry)

Worker wife: What’s happen what’s happen? Where is my husband?Worker (F): Calm down sister, he is in Operation TheaterWorker wife: Oh… Allah….what’s happen to me. Please safe my house and my family.Worker Leader: Don’t be upset sister we are with you.(She randomly crying)(After some hour later doctor has came)Worker wife: Where is my husband? What’s happen to him?Doctor: I am very sorry. We need to cut his hand.Worker Wife: Oh... No… I want to meet my husband.Doctor: You will not meet with him. He was senseless. Please take it we need this medicines now

(Worker wife loudly crying)[The Doctor gives a prescription on worker wife]

Worker Wife: I have not enough money to bear his hospitalized cost. tell me what can I do?Worker Leader: Ok I will see this.[After some Time]Doctor: Who is patient wife? Come, Patient want meet with youWorker Wife: Are you filling well?Worker (3): Well… but heavy pain in my hand.Doctor: Go outside please…

Part 5

[Worker leader go outside and call every worker to prepare a strike]

Work leader: Listen Brothers unit is power (all workers) our one bother seriously injured for our company. Our company installs a new machine without training at that this reason we lost our one brother. We don’t lost any more.All workers: Remove the new machine…. Give our safety….Work leader: All of our brother prepare to strike and stop the work.[To continue the strike]Worker Leader: We….want. We…want

All workers: Remove the new machine.Worker Leader: Give our safety…All Workers: We… want. We…Want

Part 6

[Manager and supervisor come]

Manager: (phone) Sanzida come to desk.PERSONAL SECRETARY: Yes sir.Manager: what’s problem. Why the workers are striking.PERSONAL SECRETARY: Sir, workers striking against our new machine.Manager: Call the supervisor.PERSONAL SECRETARY: Hello sir, Manager Sir immediately calls you.

[Supervisor will come]

Manager: what’s problem?Supervisor: It’s nothing sir one worker hands are injuring for our machine. No problem sir, I will manage itManager: Do you give them proper training to drive the machine?Supervisor: Sir…This machine is not so difficult, why we will spend time? There no need to training.Manager: You idiot… You must should give them proper training before using the new machine. For your fault they are striking. Go out now and call the worker leader.

Part 7

[Worker continue to striking then Supervisor will come]

All Workers: Catch him… catch him….Supervisor: I have no fault (2)…..Please leave me……Leave me.Worker Leader: Stop……Listen brothers no one hit him. Why are you come here? Supervisor: Manager Sir calls you…Worker Leader: ok… come on Wait for me brothers…I will come back…

Part 8

[Worker leader come in the Manager desk with some condition]

Manager: What happens? Now what can I do?

Worker leader: We have 3 conditions to stop the striking. If you accept these conditions then we stop striking.Manager: what type of condition?Worker leader:

Remove the new machine Provide Our working safety Give financial support the injured worker.

Manager: (thinking)……… We accept your second and third condition. But 1st condition -remove the new machine it’s impossible. But we will give you proper training to use the new machine.Supervisor: It’s a good decision.

Part 9

[Worker Leader will go to the workers place and understanding the decision]

Worker Leader: My dear friend our company accept our all condition; they agree with us that they gave financial support our injured worker and they also gave us working safety. But company don’t want to remove the new machine, they says that they provide proper training to use this machine. It is good decision for us; this machine will make our work easy and comfortable.Do you agree with this decision?

All workers: No…NO…No…we will not accept this decision.

Worker (F): We lost our worker, we won’t lose anymore.Worker 2: Yes…Yes… company should remove machine….Worker (2): We….want. We…wantAll workers: Remove the new machine (2)Worker (2): Give our safety…All Workers: We… want. We…Want………

[Manager and Supervisor will enter place]

Manager: Please calm down…we will accept your all conditions without remove machine. But we will train you properly, if our productivity increases. We will try to increase your wages.

All Workers: It’s a good decision. Ok sir…. (Clapping).
