Description Dragonfruit (also called Pitahaya or Pitaya) Scientific classification: Hylocereus UndatusA fruit with an oval shape with a bright pink colour skin and green scales. The fresh is either white or red with small seeds resemble sesame seeds.

Suggested Use When cut open, everything inside is edible. The fruit is best eaten raw and when it’s chilled. It could also be used for fruit salad or some other type of dessert.
