Hayman Sport is a custom line of exceptional clothing designed specifically for sport. Our sublimated clothing is a canvas for the imagination. Work with our designers to create a look that celebrates the individual style of your team.

Semi-Custom is a great option for anyone on a budget or in a hurry. To get us started, simply select one of our semi-custom designs online, send us vector artwork from a previous team order, or choose solid colors for each panel and provide us with logos, logo sizing & placement and preferred fonts if applicable. Logos must be vector format, or additional rebuilding charges will apply.

We allocate two hours for semi custom, and most times that covers everything. If you go over on art time, it’s prorated at $60/hr.

You’ll work with our design team to tailor Custom Artwork for your needs. Creating a new and original design takes time, and good communication between you and our artist. To keep your costs in check, we suggest you provide our artist with ALL your ideas up front – then take some time to discuss your ideas over the phone.

Artwork design time is billed at $60/hr. Typically, custom original designs take around 4 hrs, but ultimately it really depends on your ability to communicate your vision to our artist. The more thought you give to the design prior to contacting our artist, the less it’s likely to cost. A word of caution, designing “by committee” almost always bogs the process down. It’s best to collect and agree upon a direction within your team, and then assign 1-2 people to run with the project.

AIR SURF is a series of technical fabrics designed to wick moisture away from the skin.

The fabrics employ specially engineered polyester fibers keeping you dry while resisting fading and shrinking.

We will have 3 versions of the air surf . Standard is just air surf, then air-surf light (for hot weather) and air-surf chill

COOLMAX®This warp knit fabric has outstanding stretch, while the Coolmax® fibers are engineered to move moisture away from the body, keeping the user cool and dry. (Not recommended for high abrasion situations.)

DURA-SURFIf you need outstanding resistance to abrasion while maintaining breathability, look no further. Tried and proven in BMX, Mountain Biking and Paddling, this fabric stands up to scrapes, crashes and contact with Velcro. To maintain breathability, we’ve kept the thickness down, making this fabric slightly more translucent than our other options.

DESIGNED IN CANADA WORLD CLASS

PROCESS 1. DEPOSIT : Call 877 567-2010 to book a delivery date and determine deadlines for artwork and sizing. We’ll need a 50% deposit (based on your order’s estimated value) to begin artwork design. At this time you may also request fabric swatches, printed color charts, detailed fit charts and/or size samples.

Our fit charts are helpful in choosing sizes. Nonetheless, some styles are very specific; in these cases, size samples help. We cover the shipping costs from our office to you; return shipping is at your expense.

2. ARTWORK IDEAS : Next step is to send us all your artwork details including vector logos, sketches, images of other team designs of interest and all your creative ideas. Failure to send art details within our deadlines outlined at time of de-posit will cause delivery delays.

3. SIZING : To ensure we meet your delivery deadline, send all styles and sizing info within deadlines outlined at time of deposit.

4. FINALIZING ARTWORK : For Semi Custom, you will receive your first PDF proof within 5 days from when we receive all your logos and color information. For Full Custom Originals, you will received first PDF proof within 10 working days. Failure to respond or approve within 3 working days will delay delivery.

Let us know if there are any changes needed. Our artists will work with you to ensure you are totally satisfied with the final design. To approve the design and get the order into production, simply send us an email specifically confirming you satisfied either with the latest proof number or that you approve with specific changes.

5. FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY : We will contact you in the final days of production to confirm shipping details and arrange final payment. Days later you’ll receive your order. Enjoy.
