uring her four-decade-long career, Dr. Margaret McGregor learned that success comes from three key components: an honest, hardworking attitude, a laser-beam focus

on the bigger picture, and a willingness to adapt, learn and accept challenges. As a colonel for the United States Air Force, Dr. McGregor learned the importance of these components — she honed her skills and put them to great use, along with her discipline and passion. Upon retiring from the military, Dr. McGregor began working as an independent business owner in the field of direct sales. Putting her expertise in logistics and business operations to work, she established Elementary Success out of her home city of Colorado Springs.

Elementary Success is a health and wellness company that offers quality products for improving overall well-being. Its top product categories include nutraceuticals, weight loss supplements, coffee and tea. At the helm of all operations, Dr. McGregor demonstrates her ability to multitask by splitting her days between marketing, advertising, and business management and development. In recognition of her professional excellence in her second career, she was selected to be featured among Worldwide Branding’s Top Female Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs in 2014 and 2016. Dr. McGregor holds a doctorate in management with a concentration in environmental and social sustainability from Colorado Technical University, a master’s degree in strategic studies from Air War College, a master’s degree in logistics business systems management from Colorado Technical University and a master’s degree in international relations from Troy University European campus. With a strong work ethic and perseverance, she intends to continue growing her company in the years to come.
