UCC in Art.44 is necessary for social integration and feeling of oneness. Art.47 promises higher health standards: a precondition to build a powerful nation. A nation without internal divisions requires social justice: Art.46. Participative democracy gives a strong foundation for nation building: Art.40(PRIs).
