Phase 1 & 2 Impacts – By the Numbers:

• Created an urban park

• Contributed 600 temporary construction jobs

• Created 30 FT and 100 PT jobs

• $102M UOIT investment in downtown Oshawa + economic spin off benefits

• Repurposed and rehabilitated 145,500 square feet of underused or unused space in Oshawa’s downtown

• Newly built 30,000 square feet

• Added 106 parking stalls to downtown inventory

Phase 3 – What’s Next?
