About

This document has the instructions to download the ICS/ICRT components and development tools.

ComponentsFollowing are the tools/ components which can be downloaded from the Informatica website.

1. Informatica Cloud Org: To access the Informatica Cloud administrator needs to setup an OrgId. Once it is setup you will be provided with the login url and user credentials to access the system.

2. Informatica Process Developer: Developer tool to design the business or workflow processes.3. Secure Agent: Agent will be running on premise and will be interacting with the cloud server on

secured channel and will be used to access any services which are running on premise thus providing hybrid technology.

Once the org is setup you can access the system using the credentials provided.

Informatica Process Developer

You can download process developer from Informatica cloud website.1. Login into Informatica Cloud https://app.informaticaondemand.com/ma/login2. Then browse to Design Services & Processes

3. Then you will be redirected to Cloud Service and Process Designer website. Then under “Design Home” tab, click on “Forms Process Developer Landing Page”

4. Once you click on the “Landing Page”, below section will display the links to download the developer tool.

5. Also you will be able to see all the links for the documentation.

Secure Agent

You can also download the secure agent from Informatica cloud website for you organization.1. Login into the Informatica Cloud.2. Then browse to “Configure Secure Agents”.

3. Then you will have an option to download the agent. You will be able to see all the secure agents which are present under the org.

4. Click Download Secure Agent, then you will have an executable file “agent64_install.exe”, follow the on-screen instructions to install the agent. Once installed it will automatically start the agent.

5. Once successfully started, if you refresh the “Configure Secure Agents” link you will be able to see the status (refer above screen shot) of the agent.

6. By default agent name will be the hostname of the server/machine where agent is installed. You can edit the alias by clicking the pencil button and provide a readable name for the agent.

7. You can access the secure agent admin console from “Monitor Services & Process Console”

8. You can change process console view by selecting the cloud server and agent name.
