Click on

Select 0001(default cocd) and click on

Rename it to 7900 and then click on copy all

Wait for the message

Save

Now select your entry i.e. 7900 and from dialog structure double click on field status groups

Keep the following and delete the rest

Save

Note- we can keep others also. These are the basic group that we will use in financial accounting.

Double click on any of the entries.. in the example I am using G001

These are different groups available in each and every field status variant

Double click on them separately and try to see the combinations inside it

Note – we can make a field either suppress or required entry or optional entry based on our requirement.

Now click on to move into next combination

Additional account assignment

Note – use toggle to either move to next combination or previous combination.

Now we will assign the cocd 7900 to the field status variant

Save and exit
