Awards received: .British Federation of Youth Choirs conductor award&Winston Churchill Fellowship – study training of children’s choirs in Sweden and Hungary

Represented the association of British Choral Directors- Choral Conventions organised by its American sister association-ACDA at Boston and Washington D.C

Tutor at the Royal Manchester College of Music – 68-79

Since 67- soloist, duettist, accompanist, conductor- through-out Britain and Abroad.

Musical Director: West End, TV, Variety Performances to Princess Margaret, Diana Princess-Wales, Princess Royal.

1999 when we had our first out of many trophies.This Year – Best Childrens choir in the World, against choirs from Hong kong, China, Russia, England and our main competition- Ysgol Glanaethwy.

This year Cywair won Cor Cymru. All of Islwyns choirs got to the semis but only 3-4 got to the final. They won a trip to Hungary next year- boys are joining them.
