Summary• Everyone working here is an individual with individual motivating factors

that affect their everyday demeanour. My approach would be to spend time getting to know the people and the processes in order to create a scheduled order of work to ensure all customer objectives and requirements are met on time and in full – right first time.

• By working closely with the 5 direct reports we can develop;– a robust scheme of housekeeping.– A positive health and safety culture including logging of near misses– A proactive return to work interview and structure– Correct short medium and long term SMART goals to provide continuous

improvement to process and where possible eliminate waste within the system.

– Create identifiable career paths including but not limited to succession planning, personal development and positive reinforcement to extract the full potential from each individual employee throughout the business.

– In essence I would instil a positive work culture where we strive to improve in all areas whilst working towards achieving our common goals, KPI’s and SLA’s
