Personal Profile

I am highly motivated Chemical Engineer who has just completed almost 20 years of service with Saudi Aramco and Petro-Rabigh with GC-14. Currently, I am part of Petro-Rabigh Project Phase II, As Coordinator I with Marketing and Product Development Department. Also, I have worked as Sr. Operation Engineer during the EPC Design review at SAIPEM Office in Milan, Italy for 15 months followed by working at construction phase in Petro-Rabigh. I have good team-working & communication skills and I have a blend of process, utility, project, planning, and coordination experiences. My experience extended to cover handling major capital projects review, safety, coordination and execution. Moreover, I worked with Chevron Product Company for 18 months as Internship Program Assignment in USA with several appreciation letters. I would like to be part of my country perfection & seeking out new responsibilities irrespective of reward and recognition.

Apr 2007 – Dec 2007 FCC Process Engineer (Chevron Richmond Refinery, California, USA)• Conducted feasibility study of running FCC Fractionator with higher temperature.• Completed & run (PRO II) model for Richmond Ref. FCC main Fractionator.• Build & run many (HTRI) models to debottleneck FCC Gasoline Splitter cooling system problems.• Developed the team building monthly meeting between S. March 2000 – Feb 2001 Power House Process Engineer (Jeddah Refinery)• Participated in the pre-commission of the CGTG LPG system preparations.

June 1998 – Feb 2000 Merox & FCC Units Process Engineer (Jeddah Refinery)• Participated in the commission the new elevated feed nozzle for the FCCU Reactor & FCCU Revamp.• Supervised the commission team of the new Merox Online O2 Analyzer.• Participated in the 1st JP-4 Merox unit reimpregnations.• Joined the FCCU feed evaluation team.• Involved in projects preparation and execution, including the KBC FCCU Feed with extracts Project.
