Forms a clean, balled endwhen heated and providesgood arc stability for ACwelding with a balanced orunbalanced squarewave orsine wave.
Performs well in DC weldingand arc starting at low-current settings, and offersexcellent performance in ACprocesses.
Provides excellent arcstarting, arc stability andre-ignition, and is lessprone to tip wear.
Substitute for 2% Thoriated.Similar characteristics to1.5% Lanthanated with bet-ter arc starting, arc stabilityand less tip erosion.
Combines the best of allalloying elements andprovides excellent arcstability in AC or DCwelding.
