The Jelly Bean Prayer Bible Verses

Red is for the blood He gave.Hebrews 13:12 “And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood.”

Green is for the grass He mad.Nehemiah 9:6 “God made the heavens….and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything…”

Yellow is for the sun so bright.Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Orange is for the edge of night.Luke 6:12 “One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.”

Black is for the sins we made.1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”

White is for the grace He gave.Ephesians 2:8 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift.”

Purple is His hours of sorrow. Matthew 27:46“About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

Pink is for our new tomorrow.Colossians 3:13 “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”
