15% Lectura del libro. El estudiante debe dar lectura del libro de acuerdo a la programación semanal.

35% Examen final.

Final Exam Guidelines

1. DEGREE LEVEL WORK: Work will be graded according to degree levels. Be certain that all written work reflects the level of competency

required for your degree. It is well formatted, logical, clear, precise, etc

2. FORMAT: Typeface: Times New Roman. Font Size: 12 Spacing: Double Margins: 1"

3. PAPER LENGTH: B/M, Master, or Doctorate: 5 – 10 pages

ABS/B, or Bachelor: 3 – 5 pages

ABS: 2-3 pages

4. HEADINGS: The paper should have a header that includes your: Last name, First name, Course # and Name, Name of Assignment (Notes,

Reading Notes, Final. etc), and your Degree level. You should use the header function in Word to create the header.

5. SUBMISSION: All work submitted MUST be turned in by email attachment and saved with the file name-Last name, First name, Course # and

Name, Name of Assignment, and your Degree level. Any work that does not comply will be downgraded. If a student’s homework is submitted

for grading beyond the due date, that appears in the Final Instruction for the Course, it will be downgraded in proportion to the lateness of

document(s) submission. All final papers must be submitted in a Microsoft Word compatible format .doc. If you don’t have Microsoft Word

download Open Office and save it as a .doc.

SBC professors and staff are not responsible for lost or late work. It is the responsibility of the student to make sure that work turned in was

received.

6. CITED WORK AND BIBLIOGRAPHY: All students must have cited work and a bibliography. You are required to have at least three Bible

references and three references from the textbook and three from a different source than the textbook. Your bibliography should include the

Bible translation you are using, as well as all other referenced material. When citing material that is longer than 5 lines you should indent the

quote to a margin of 1 1/2" and single space it.

7. FOOTNOTING: Footnotes must be the Turabian style of bibliographic footnoting, unless otherwise directed by Summit. If you have any

questions regarding this style, you can contact your advisor for information and to see how to properly do it.

8. READING: At the top of your final, include the answer to this question: How much of the book did you read (100%, 90%, 50%, etc)? Just

make an honest guess.

9. NOTES AND CLASS SUMMARIES: You should be able to take 2 pages of notes minimum per class period. All distance students (all

distance or local students who are absent from a class in any given week) must write a half a page to a page word review for their reading in that

professor by the class due date.
