The concept of Health cannot be expressed in negative by being the mere absence of disease, rather a
comprehensive definition of health would start with the absence of disease leading to the optimal
utilization of the entire resources available to the organism. This
would involve physical, emotional, cognitive, social and also spiritual
health and well being.

You continuously take care of your health.
You regularly perform activities to maintain your health like yoga, jogging, swimming, diet etc.
This is a continuous activity or a daily routine.
PASSIVE HEALTHYou live your life as comfortably as possible and not worry about the repercussions of your life style.
You are concerned only when a disease or disability affects or strikes you.
INTERMEDIATE HEALTH
The third is a combination of both active and passive health.
You are conscious about certain issues and you don't bother about a few issues.
You can afford to be lenient in life - allowing you to enjoy the comforts of life.
Which kind of life style do I choose? No fixed answers. There is no guarantee that disease will not strike a particular group of people.
There are no fixed rules in health. Only statistics, probability and estimates.
The best option is to decide wisely and opt for the agent causing the least harm.
