WELCOMEThere is always plenty to do at Liverpool Cathedral and our Spring Programme captures some of our many activities. Central to this season will be our part in the citywide Titanic commemorations. Our Titanic commemoration service takes place on April 15th, and is supported by a special exhibition. In addition, on the 24th March we play host to the sold out Titanic Experience created by Liverpool Welsh Choral. Other highlights include the return of our popular late night tower openings every Thursday evening. New to 2012 is exclusive behind the scenes access to our famous bell chamber. To add to this, we have the popular photography workshops and a range of musical highlights including organ recitals and Come and Sing Stainer’s Crucifixion. This season is a time for reflection and this year we are encouraging people to take time out of their busy lives and be more reflective in prayer. During Lent and throughout
All information given was believed correct at the time of publication, though this may change with time and you are advised to check details in advance.
Holy Week the Chemin Neuf community will support our weekly cycle of worship by exploring prayer together in a creative way. Our spiritual retreat, Food for the Journey, returns and visitors can take part in our self directed mini pilgrimage through the Awesome and Intimate trail around Cathedral architecture. But everyday, any day, the Cathedral is a great space to visit. Enjoy the splendour of our architecture, meet friends over a coffee or meal, or just take time to be in this magnificent building.
