SOP for PRD Concepts in PMS Application

For Appraisee

1. Login with your privileges into Performance Appraisal System

2. Once Login user has to click on Performance Appraisal for FY 2018-19

3. After selection of PRD review tab , Appraisee has to fill Self Appraisal w.r.t KPA’s, Strengths,

Area of Improvement, Any Help required for the First half / second half of particular Financial

Year. For reference screen’s mentioned below.

After entering the textboxes shown above by Appraisee, click on SAVE & Edit, Next Click on Confirm

button. Then the entire data will be forwarded to Appraiser for their reference.

Note: This entire PRD Discussion is required to be filled by Appraisee yearly twice

FOR APPRAISER

1. Login with your privileges into Performance Appraisal System

2. Once Login user has to select Reporting year and KPA of particular person from the list given

below.

3. Then the PRD Review tab window will appear along with sectionA & SectionB. Screen shot has

given for Appraiser reference.

4. After verified the details by Appraiser, comments w.r.t performance should be given as per

discussion. After that Appraiser has to click on SAVE & Confirm Buttons accordingly.

Note :: This cycle will be continued Every six months as per requirement.
