Collectively – together – they are an expanded enterprise with combined expertise and inspire consumers with leading iconic brands, superior quality and on-trend footwear and accessory products. CBI is the largest Shoe retailer in the western hemisphere.

Customers will use eCRM-CORP site to browse, search, and register themself. The goal is to increase utilization of the web application and the same can be happen in store by the SA in eCRM-POS application. Support project deals with Retail-Point of Sale(POS) and Back Office(BO) applications which will be implemented in all the stores, will be used extensively by all the business users for the different retail operations. The project follows the onsite-offshore model, which means the testing on the POS and BO applications requested by clients will be worked on from offshore.

Boots has designed an application named X-mas Mobile application which is available as free version which can be download/Installed in their IOS and Android version mobile. User can purchase a Gift in that application and deliver it to the recipients with Video message assigned to that Gift.
