Made the SDW (Station Development Workshop) & JES (Job Element Sheet) for all assembly paint repair rework process and waxing applications.

Implement the FIFO system in paint shop direct materials. Planning & execution of the Quality maintenance activities. Implementing the rework procedures for spot repair and interior T/up process. To manage, monitor and control Body shop & Paint shop vehicle repair & rework operations in Various Models

& Variant’s. Responsible for achieving maximum utilization of the Repair bay and equipment and ensure smooth functioning

Production Operations Accountable for and managing the workmen for achieving the production targets. Identifying inefficiencies and de-bottlenecking. Preparing & maintaining production related documents. Imparting on job training to the team for enhancing their operational efficiencies.

Cost Reduction/ Value Engineering
