Job Responsibilities (current and abilities)

Overall Maintenance and Quality Control of Guest rooms, suites and public areas in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts & Malls) that meet international standards.

Assessment of quotes, selection of suppliers. Engineering support to all other Departments like Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Production, Food

and Beverage Service, Front Office and Business Development. Engineering support to all contractors, commissioning teams and pre-commissioning teams. Training staff on Equipment Operation, Maintenance, Safety and Brand standards. Establishing priorities for the job orders & works assigned based on its nature & expected outcome. Managing and controlling heat, light and power and recommending current best methods for energy

conservation and economical facility operations. Distributing Preventive Maintenance and repair work orders and monitoring timeliness and quality of

completion. Ensuring in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Department. Ensuring necessary minimum stock of materials & spares present at any time. Maintaining the fire safety system through regular inspection of fire alarm and sprinkler system. Reviewing comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.

Assisting in EARTH CHECK data submission, TPAM, ENERGY, JD (HYGEINE) & SAFETY AUDITS. Submitting LEGATRIX, COVENARK & TPM reports on monthly basis. Monthly complete analysis of received guest complaints, planning & implementing action plans. Ensuring proper operation of DG sets, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Walk-in freezers, Swimming pool

etc. Daily inspections of property, guestrooms, public area and plant room. To maintain log books & records of various engineering system &equipments. Making work orders or Job orders for major works. Log all the events happening during the shift. To assist the Chief Engineer in fulfilling his duties & Responsibilities.

Other Qualifications Completed a three month diploma course in AUTOCAD, PROEE & CATIA from ECIT
