This year has been another busy year filled with new and treasured classes, new and established friends and new and precious memories. All members of our teaching and coordinating team have again produced wonderful results and created delightful experiences. Enjoy the summer with your families and friends and come back to us in 2020 for another thrilling year.

To celebrate 25 years of continuous operation, the Centre held an official luncheon on Sunday November 24 with a wide range of friends and supporters and a heap of happy and friendly members. Guests included (photographed below, left to right) - The Mayor of Randwick, Councillor Danny Said, - Member for Kingsford Smith, Matt Thislethwaite, - Mrs Helena Carr, The Hon Bob Carr (former Premier of NSW ) - CCS President Christine Kilcran and Warren Kilcran, - Karoline Brodaty and Professor Henry Brodaty, - Member for Maroubra, Michael Daley (absent from this photo) - Hon Solicitor, CCS Ann Bowen.

Guests were glowing in their comments on the Centre’s achievements which include over 1000 members, long leases on heritage premises, 47 tutors and instructors and over 60 classes every week.

SINGALONG WITH MERV RETURNS Fridays at 10am starting February 7, 2020

After a nice long holiday of 12 months, Merv is coming back for

SINGALONG MORNINGS. For those who love to sing, Merv has just the

right songs for you. Come along and sing your hearts out.

Summer and 2020 on the HorizonTo get into the mood for summer choose one of many

great classes still running every week until we close for our break on Friday December 13 and reopen on Monday January 13.

Classes include art, languages, fitness, aerobics, pilates, resistance training, table tennis, yoga, bridge, plus walks every fortnight and a trip out on Friday December 6.

The Centre celebrated 25 Years of Incorporation on November 21.

To commemorate this important milestone, a limited edition, ceramic coaster has been produced by Art teacher and ceramicist Maria Teresa Castellanos.

If you wouldlike to buy one of these unique pieces, enquire in Reception.

Proceeds are going to defray the Centre’s expenses, as always.
