TABASCO HOT CHEF TEAM CHALLENGE

This is a special oasis for chefs. Away from their kitchens they can relax with refreshments and chat with colleagues. Featuring live cooking, pastry demonstrations and a fridge full of beer! This is the ideal networking opportunity for all of Hong Kong’s hard working chefs to get together and for networking and fun.

Following the success of last years competition we have upped the ante and the excitement is building for the 2009 Challenge:

Tuesday and Wednesday will see the finest young chefs in Hong Kong do battle to create dishes to inspire and overwhelm. The panel of expert judges will then decide on who will win the coverted title: Hong Kong Hot Chef Winner

Thursday will be the climax of this epic culinary duel as the Hong Kong winners will take on the winners from Singapore in one of Asian cuisines biggest cooking rivalries.

The Grand Final will Begin at 2:30pm with the prize-giving ceremony taking place at 5pm.

The Show Bar will once again form the centrepiece of the Restaurant & Bar Event. This bar will be the place in the show where visitors can relax and network with their colleagues over a complimentary drink. The awards will be announced on the 1st September and there will be a permanent display of the winners in each category as well as who is the distributor.
