Learning Objective 3: Using CRM software, trainee will be able to reschedule an appointment by contacting the customer via email and/or phone without error.
» Just as you did to send the confirmation email, click on the customer’s email address from the contact history screen. This will again direct you to the email screen.
» Click the “Insert Template” button
» Choose the “Appointment – missed appointment” email template.
» Customer information and appointment details will automatically be added to email message.
» Once you have confirmed that the email is accurate, click “Apply to Email”.
