Saudi Aramco is pleased to offer opportunities to allbusinesses and welcomes your interest in becoming one ofour suppliers.
All companies supplying goods for Saudi Aramco arerequired to be registered. There are different registrationprocedures depending upon your company’s location.
Note: Application for, or acceptance of supplier registration does not
guarantee any business with Saudi Aramco.

Step 1: Online Registration Application:
All applicants shall access the online registration sy stem
http://ebusiness.aramco.com/ and prov ide the inf ormation required in the
f ollowing online screens:

Step 2: Submission of Required Documentation:
Af ter initial rev iew of y our online application, to ensure v alidity and
completeness, applicants shall be requested to submit hard copies of
additional documentation, f or f urther rev iew and to support their application, by
courier to:

The Supplier Registration Unit (SRU) is the single point of contact f or
managing Saudi Aramco’s relationships with material suppliers and
manuf acturers in the Middle East region.
Note:
Do not send any documents until requested to do so.
All documents shall be marked with y our Application Ref erence Key –
giv en during online application.
Company letter head paper shall match the of f icial name on the
commercial registration.
Notif y the Supplier Registration Unit immediately by email of any
changes in the inf ormation submitted.

Issues
This procedure relates to companies f rom the Middle East region apply ing f or
registration. Companies f rom outside this region will be automatically directed
to alternativ e sites to register with our ov erseas of f ices.
What happens next?
SRU shall rev iew y our registration request – along with f inancial statements,
y our plant’s technical qualif ication/certif ications, and Quality Management
Sy stem (QMS) manual – to ensure completeness and accuracy .
SRU shall conduct a preliminary screening ev aluation with y our f actory
management personnel to ensure their readiness f or the inspection.
SRU shall schedule an of f icial plant v isit and technical surv ey with the plant
management. We shall then communicate the f indings of the surv ey , noting
any def iciencies requiring correctiv e action. SRU in coordination with
Saudi Aramco Technical and Quality entities might choose to conduct
screening meeting in Saudi Aramco/ Dhahran prior to conducting the
plant survey to ensure manufacturer readiness for plant survey.
If the results of the plant surv ey are acceptable, SRU shall send y our
management of f ice a letter indicating approv al f or specif ic products and
prov iding a unique v endor identif ication number.
Registering as an international manufacturer
Prior to doing business with Saudi Aramco, international manuf acturers shall
f irst register with Saudi Aramco’s ov erseas af f iliate of f ices closest to them.

When an international manuf acturer appoints a Saudi Arabian v endor as its
representativ e in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian v endor shall obtain appointment
letter f rom the International manuf acturer addressed to SRU and an agency
certif icate f rom Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI).
If an international manuf acturer’s appointed Saudi Arabian v endor is not
registered with Saudi Aramco they should f ollow the procedure outlined abov e
in section: Manuf acturers and v endors in Saudi Arabia and surrounding area.
Any changes to these arrangements, including termination, shall be
immediately communicated to SRU.
International manuf acturers shall be expected to f ulf ill all existing purchase
order obligations with their f ormer Saudi v endors regardless of changes in
agency agreements and associations.
Business ethics
Saudi Aramco’s Supplier Code of Conduct
Saudi Aramco is committed to the highest ethical and legal standards in the
conduct of its business. All v endors, manuf acturers, contractors and sub-
contractors with which Saudi Aramco conducts business shall acknowledge and
agree to abide by the policies and principles set f orth in the Saudi Aramco
Supplier Code of Conduct.
This cov ers:
Compliance with laws, codes and regulations
Env ironmental, health and saf ety practices
Ethical business practices, including
Fair trade practice
Ethical sourcing
Relationships and communications
Bribery , kickbacks and f raud
Gif ts, gratuities and hospitality
Saudi Aramco shall conduct periodic rev iews and inspections to ensure
compliance with this code of conduct.

Disclosing company information
During registration application and at any time af ter acceptance all applicants
shall promptly notif y SRU of any changes in company ownership, commercial
activ ities or contact inf ormation f or y ou (as a local or international supplier) or
y our local v endor (if applicable).
Ev ery supplier (international or local) shall disclose to Saudi Aramco any
ownership or commercial relationships which their company or establishment
and its owners and immediate f amily members hav e with any Saudi Aramco
employ ee, his/her immediate f amily members and any business enterprise
owned or controlled by any of them.
Such disclosure shall include, but not be limited to, inf ormation on ownership
stakes and/or positions held by such immediate f amily members in the
supplier’s business and the nature of their employ ment, if any .
Ev ery supplier shall immediately disclose to Saudi Aramco, SRU any
terminated or departing employ ee who had been granted access to Saudi
Aramco’s v endor portal.
e-Procurement
Saudi Aramco Vendor Portal
Saudi Aramco is progressiv e in using the internet to conduct supply chain
transactions and track key procurement inf ormation in real time.
The Saudi Aramco Vendor Portal is the pref erred medium used to
communicate Requests f or Quotation (RFQ)s and collaborate with our
suppliers on Purchase Orders (PO)s, as it is interactiv e, speeds the f low and
improv es accuracy of key supply chain inf ormation.
All suppliers registered with Saudi Aramco should maintain a high speed
Internet connection to f acilitate access to the Saudi Aramco v endor portal.

This procedure relates to companies from the Middle East region applying forregistration. Companies from outside this region will be automatically directed toalternative sites to register with our overseas offices.
What happens next?
SRU shall review your registration request – along with financial statements, yourplant’s technical qualification/certifications, and Quality Management System(QMS) manual – to ensure completeness and accuracy.
SRU shall conduct a preliminary screening evaluation with your factorymanagement personnel to ensure their readiness for the inspection.
SRU shall schedule an official plant visit and technical survey with the plantmanagement. We shall then communicate the findings of the survey, noting anydeficiencies requiring corrective action. SRU in coordination with SaudiAramco Technical and Quality entities might choose to conductscreening meeting in Saudi Aramco/ Dhahran prior to conductingthe plant survey to ensure manufacturer readiness for plantsurvey.
If the results of the plant survey are acceptable, SRU shall send yourmanagement office a letter indicating approval for specific products and providinga unique vendor identification number.
Registering as an international manufacturer
Prior to doing business with Saudi Aramco, international manufacturers shall firstregister with Saudi Aramco’s overseas affiliate offices closest to them.

When an international manufacturer appoints a Saudi Arabian vendor as itsrepresentative in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian vendor shall obtain appointmentletter from the International manufacturer addressed to SRU and an agencycertificate from Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI).
