Parmesan Tilapia
Serves: 4 Total time: 20 mins
Ingredients 4 Nature’s Best tilapia fillets 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon paprika 1 lemon, cut into slices
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. In a shallow baking pan, combine cheese with paprika
3. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and dredge in the cheese mixture
4. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, 10 to 12 minutes. Add a dash of salt and pepper if desired. Serve the fish with the lemon wedges

Simple Salmon Fillets

Ingredients 4 Nature’s Best Salmon fillets 2 lemons 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine ½ tbsp. salt ½ tbsp. basil ½ tbsp. garlic powder
Directions1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, basil, and salt2. Rub sauce onto each fillet3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat4. Place salmon fillets in the butter until golden, about 5 minutes per side5. Serve each fillet with lemon wedges on the side

Ingredients 4 Nature’s Best Kingfish Steaks, cut into cubes Cajun seasoning 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 red onion, cut into squares 1 big green pepper, cut into squares 1 big red pepper, cut into squares 9 garlic cloves

Garlic Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients 2 lb Nature’s Best Raw EZ to Peel Shrimp 1 tbs. of extra-virgin olive oil 2 cloves of garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper blend ½ cup lemon juice 2 lbs. diced parsley leaves

red pepper flakes and shrimp2. Season with salt and pepper and saute shrimp for 4 minutes or until lightly pink. 3. Cover with lemon juice and diced parsley4. Serve Immediately

Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients 2 lbs. Nature’s Best Cooked P&D Shrimp 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp minced garlic ½ tsp. red pepper flakes, optional ½ cup white wine freshly ground black peppercorn ½ lemon
Directions
1. Heat oil on skillet on medium-high heat2. Saute garlic, butter, and red pepper flakes for 1 min3. Add 1 lb. Nature’s Best Cooked P&D Shrimp4. Pour wine over shrimp5. Move shrimp around so each one is flat on the pan, absorbing the flavors6. Change to high heat and stir occasionally for 2 min.7. Turn each shrimp over, cook for 1 more min.8.
