He is a fully qualified radi-ographer and was involved inseveral clinical and radiologymanagement roles for nearly adecade before joining 3M UK.He subsequently became thebusiness manager for Imation’smedical imaging systems divi-
sion for the UK and Ireland.In 1998, Adrian joined
Kodak following its acquisitionof the Imation medical imagingbusiness and consequentlymoved to its ConsumerImaging Division as sales direc-tor for the photographic retails e c t o r.
The new Life Imaging divi-sion of Ferrania has madeother significant appointments.Chris Bull is now PACS anddigital product manager, A l w y nGriffith becomes regional salesmanager and Kevin Owens iskey account manager.

Alan Budge now joins Ferrania LifeImagingAlan Budge has joined Fe r r a n i aU K Limited as general market-ing manager, responsible for themarketing of the company’sproducts in the photocolour,graphic arts and lifeimagingdivisions in the UK region.
Budge joins from Ko d a k ’sHealth Imaging Division andfollows Adrian Stevens, the newmd of Ferrania UK Ltd, w h owas also previously with Ko d a kas director of the consumerimaging photographic retaild i v i s i o n .
Budge joined 3M in 1974and worked in the photographicand latterly the medical imag-ing group in a variety of sales
and marketing capacities.Following the spin-off ofImation from 3M, he wa sappointed manager of OEMsales and marketing operationsa n d , on the transfer to Ko d a kin March 1999, was appointedas manager of private sectorand OEM accounts for thehealth imaging division.
In his new role he willresume the marketing activitiesthat he previously handled,now on a company-wide basis,as well as looking after theOEM and private sector inter-ests for the lifeimaging division.
Alan commented: “I am look-ing forward to handling brand
and product marketing for thec o m p a n y, in particular acrossthe innovative range of imagingsolutions we hav e.”
