A new resin composite with unique nanofiller technology. Formulated with nanocluster filler particles, the composite is purpoted to com-bine the strength of a hybrid and the polish of a microfil. Nanomers are discrete nanogglom-erated particles of 7 nm in size. Nanocluters are loosely bound agglomerates of nano-sized particles. The agglomerates act as a single combination of non-agglomerated 7 nm nano-silica filler and aggregated schott glass/silica nanocluster filler. The cluster particle size range is .7 microns. The filler loading is 74% by weight. This reportedly provides increased filler loading, better physical properties and improved polish retention when compared to composites containing only nanoclusters.

Product Information

Highly polishable, 67% filled, esthetic composite used for all types of cavity preparations.

The composite has a nominal particle size of 0.7 micron. An ideal choice for both anterior and posterior applications as well as use as a pit and fissure sealant. Ideal for repairing small defects and filling in cervical gaps caused by tooth-brush erosion and receding gums.

Also used to eliminate undercuts prior to taking impressions for composite inlays and to line cavities and fill in difficult access areas prior to placing condensable composites.

Easy to polish to a high luster. Has high compressive strength as well as low shrinkage and resist wear and stain-ing. Radiopaque for easy identification in radiographs.

A highly filled, non-sticky, self curing, hybrid, anterior/pos -terior composite filling material. It is a convenient universal shade, paste/paste system.

The restorative has high strength (213 MPA compressive) with low water sorption and solubility.

The material can be condensed into the cavity preparation up to the enamel-dentinal joint as a base layer or be filled to the cavo-surface margin for a complete self cure composite res-toration. Quick setting eliminates time spent with incremental placement of light cure materials.

Cementation of crowns, sealing dressing in teeth during root canal therapy procedures.Trial cementation of permanent restorations prior to final insertion. Testing of interproximal contact prior to final placement.

Insoluble in mouth fluids and retains a tight marginal seal to prevent seepage of these fluids under the restoration. The cement will withstand functional stresses and permit ease of removal.

An advanced formulation designed as a multi-purpose final cement for the cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays, as well as certain orthodontic applications.

The cement chemically bonds to enamel, dentin and metal structures. Ideal for use as a liner under composite, amalgam or porcelain restorations where a thin lining is indicated.

The cement is radiopaque and has cariostatic properties by naturally releasing fluoride.

Prime-Dent® Surgical Cement

Consists of a powder and liquid that is a multi-purpose periodontal dressing and cement. It’s used for dry socket and extraction therapy and may be used as a temporary filling material or temporary cement. Sets slowly out of the mouth but more quickly with contact of water or saliva. Promotes healing and has a soothing effect.

Prime-Dent® Zinc Oxide Eugenol

This cement has a sedative effect on the pulp and is especially useful for cementation on prepared teeth with exposed den-tinal tubules. The addition of polymers as reinforcing agents have transformed it into a final cement and intermediate restorative material with a compressive strength of 5400 psi. Offers excellent adhesion and easy removal.

A 5th generation, single component, multi-use adhesive, which is hydrophilic and suitable for use on moist dentin (wet bonding technique).

The adhesive incorporates aspects of a primer and bond-ing resin in a single bottle designed to bond composites and compomers to dentin and enamel as well as treated amalgam, metal and ceramic surfaces.

After etching, penetration and saturation of the dentin and enamel are accomplished in 2 to 3 coats.

Prime-Blend ultra is a unique light-cured, radiopaque, dentin adhering liner and base material containing calcium hydrox-ide and calcium hydroxyapatite in a urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA) base. It is a highly filled resin (for a liner) with minimal shrinkage and water absorption.

Prime-Blend ultra has a higher viscosity than conventional liners, eliminating the need for a ball-type applicator. Its superior strength and water insolubility (it won’t leach out) make Prime-Blend ultra plus the material of choice under composite, amalgams, gold, and etc.

Prime-Blend ultra is easily contoured with high-and low-speed hand pieces. No more instrument-to-pad-to-mouth delivery. No more contamination of cavo-surface margin upon entry into cavity preparation!

Bis GMA based filled sealant resins formulated specifically for the sealing of small pits and fissures. The flowable seal-ants have excellent penetration into tight adaptations with high bond strength to the enamel for high wear resistence.

Contains fluoride for effective cavity protection. Available in single component light cure or chemical cure formulations. Available in opaque and clear formulations.

A light cured, methacrylate based, unfilled, penetrating, low viscosity resin. The sealant has a very low oxygen inhibition layer and can be cured in ultra thin layers. Reduces microleakage and seals micro-cracks and irregularities in composite restorations. Finishing and polishing composite creates micro-scopic defects in the surface and at the maring, resulting in accelerated loss of composite.

Prime-Dent Light Cure Surface Sealant is applied immediatley upon completion of restorations. The sealant penetrates and seals the composite surface, thus reducing wear and marginal breackdown. Microleakage is re-duced for new and existing composite restorations. Bonds well gto compos-ite type provisional restorations and helps re-vitalize old composites leaving a smooth enamel like finish.
