• We have made few condition of satisfaction which are necessary for the project.
• 30 questions will have to be made according to the Hypotheses.
• Cost of the project will be 3000 approximately.
CONDITION OF SATISFACTION
• We have to select only sixty employees to fill our questionnaires.
• We have to choose only private company’s employees.
• Project must be completed within two months.

Goal:Improve performance of employee, remove absenteeism and company turn over.
Objectives:To satisfy our employees and increase growth opportunities.
Success Criteria:We will fill questionnaires to the employees and get data from them then we will find
reason of dissatisfaction and apply to the employees to enhance their progress, less turnover andabsenteeism and develop growth opportunities. In this way employees will not be dissatisfied andthey will not leave Private Company. Private Company again comes into progress with motivatedstaff.
Assumptions, Risk or Obstacles:We will face first obstacles that employees will not give data easily, they will create problem for us.Research will late due to collecting the dataResearcher could be ill due to lots of work.If hypotheses would be rejected then we cannot get actual result.
