Studying/ Homework!
For every hour in class, spend three hours studying or doing homework!!!
Don’t overkill (brain only absorbs twenty minutes of information at a time!!!!
Sleeping!
Adults need 7-8 hours of sleep a night
Don’t accumulate to much sleep debt!
Lack of sleep impairs performance!!!
Don’t Sleep in class!!!
Exercise
200 minutes a week no more than 60 minutes a session
“Exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy...”
Sleep better, less stress
Less disease, physically healthier
Cleaning!
Keep room clean and organized!!
It ultimately makes your life easier!
