We make arrangements for companies to visit the colleges to conduct the recruitment process in the college premise / campus. These drives are usually conducted for the students in their final year of academics. Usually before 4 to 6 months of their final year examinations. The participants who get selected during such drives are expected to join the company after they receive their course completion certificate.
Process, Terms and conditions for campus recruitment:
1. Send Campus Recruitment Proposal & College Profile to respected HR of the
companies for Campus Hiring,
2. Company will cross check the college profile, proposal & Previous Track Record,
3. If company have suitable fresher openings they may send the job description,
company profile & available drive dates to college placement officer,
4. If college agree with company profile, job description and drive dates, college
placement officer may send their final campus drive conformation along with scheduled
date & Time to company.
5. After final confirmation mail from the college placement officer, company may give
the drive conformation mail from their official mail id along with travel plan and drive
schedule (dates & timings.)
6. As per company final drive Schedule College should arrange the travelling and
hospitality to the company recruiters
7.The selection process would completely depends upon the company norms, generally
the campus hiring process follows written test, group discussion/jam, technical round
and hr round
8.After the recruitment process shortlisted, selected candidates shall be issued their
short listed names/ Letter of Intent/Offer letter will be issued to the college authority,
9.Joining date and salary packages/stipend will be announced by the company
recruiters as per their company norms.
10. Joining date and salary package will not be responsible of the consulting firm, who
acts as an intermediate for the campus drive,
11. If any mal practice happens in the campus drive, company may call off the entire
campus drive and takes legal action upon the college after student reported also.
12. If any commercials involved from the student of the college for recruitment process,
company may cancel the drive at any time,
13. PLACEMENT INTERFACE is not concerned with the joining date and salaries of
the candidates who selected in campus drive , its completely depends up on the
company policy,
14. Consulting charges for training/campus drive cannot be refundable as a service
basis as per the terms and conditions of Placement Interface.
15.College placement officer should cross check each & every terms and conditions
about the package, joining dates, job description and liability of the company with the
company recruiters who participated in the drive.
16.Consulting firm will not at all related to the company activities after campus drive as
per the client policy agreement, like (training/ stipend/ salary/ joining date/ permanent
position/temporary position/ promotion/ appraisals/ demotion/location/ process/area of
responsibilities/ elimination/ bench).
17.If any commercials involved in campus drive and if the commercial are
charged/collected by the selected students, company may cancel /call off /the offer
letters immediately. Some times Company may terminate the candidate if in case after
the joining.
18.Company not at all related to the consulting fees/charges which are collected from
the college.
19.Consulting fees is not refundable.
20.Company never commits the number of offer letters before campus drive.
21.After campus drive conformation college placement officer should cross verify with
the company.
22.Company never accept the reference candidates from the college,
23.Consulting firm will collect the consulting fee in the terms of cash/DD, at the same
day of drive.
24.Placement Interface is a professional consulting firm which conducts campus recruitment training and campus hiring, Placement Interface co-ordinates with the both college and company, and it acts as an interface for the entire campus drive. Placement Interface is never responsible to the campus recruitment process, selection of the students, it is only consulting firm. If any problem occurs in campus recruitment Process College can directly solve their problem with right person of the company.
25.Colleges can publish the participated company/ consulting/ vendor/sub vendor logos as per the terms and conditions of the clients and colleges.
26.In campus recruitment Process Company can participate directly or consultants/ vendors can be participated on behalf of the company as per their client policy agreement
Off campus
Based on their business requirements, Companies at times visit colleges after the
students have passed out of the college. Such drives are called off-campus where the
participating students are no more studying in the said campus at the time of the drive.
Selected students have less time period to join the company.

Pool campus
Pool campus drive as the name suggests is an event where the students of more than one college are pooled in one campus to enable more participants for the drive. In such cases, usually one college acts as a host to the event and takes the responsibility of coordinating between the other participating colleges and the company visiting for campus drive.
