II. Steps To Ensure The Success Of Project
• Make policies and regulations about daily time-log report.
• Provide clearly taking attendance rules.
• Have plan and schedule for HR team and other teams if
needed.
• Collect detailed plan reports from other teams to ensure
the project have enough staff on each day.
• Support other teams and deal with other team members’
to give a hand also.
• Provide tasks for each member on concert day.
• HR members monitor, ensure everyone performs well
on their roles and report to VP .

V. Challenges And Solutions
• Lack of personnel in some teams
• Difficulty in hiring the stage
• Other teams members did not follow HR time schedule in
the first project
