Mission Statement• Construct a destination style resort that is well thought out, well
designed, cost effective and reflects the culture of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
• Create a casino which can compete with other regional casinos today as well as in the foreseeable future.
• Incorporate building products from the region and a “northern lights” theme into the building design.
• Create a facility that will make people want to come back time after time.
• Encourage a working relationship where everyone works together fairly, and honestly toward a common goal and has fun doing so.
• Create a project where all participant’s expectations are exceeded and everyone is satisfied with the result.
