• 2 hours in-home consultation ( www.my-vision.ca - click on services ) • Assistance with marketing/promotions/advertising if desired• Open house pre-prep the night before or morning of including but not limited to:• clean up/tidy up• mini-staging, touch ups• refresh interior, curb appeal clean up• last minute tricks, tips, ideas, suggestions• social media support, email blasts and marketing for open house

Normal Fees: $175.00 plus hourly rates.Special Summer Staging Promo: $125.00 all inclusive.
